JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS | Round 7

Can you all believe this is round 7? You've all been so faithful to stay connected and logging in to share your ups downs and all around! Way to go everyone!
Well, in our last (JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS) Round 6, we saw once again that what we eat and drink matters! Some more significant changes in weight loss happened as we logged the good with the not so good days! Many of us had NSV AND CHOSE TO NOT EVEN WEIGH FOR THE DAY AND THAT IS Ok! I was on vacation for most of round 6 and will be for round 7 as well--but I'm cheering you all on and trying to do my best as well!
We again added a few more followers and found it nice to encourage others along the way! We are learning every day what works and what doesn't on this journey! It's so great to have short term goals and to break up our long term goals in smaller increments so it doesn't always seem so overwhelming.
So Starting on June 12- June 21 | JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 7! Lets see what more we can do as we reach a total of 70 days consecutively!
Anyone else game?
Weighing yourself everyday? Controversial you may say? Well for me personally, checking the scale can be motivating. I read in a study of 3,500 people who maintained 60 or more pounds of weight loss for at least a year, researchers from the National Weight Control Registry found that 44 percent weighed themselves every day. Another study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that overweight people are six times more likely to lose weight if they weigh themselves at least once a day. I don't about you, but it helps me and motivates me to keep going or to tweak what I did the day before. I never weigh more than just once in the morning. Our weight fluctuates constantly throughout the day with what we drink and consume, so only make it a 'once a day' rule for sanity sake.
Let's give it our best 10 days ever for an inspirational jump start to Summer!
Here is what to do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

I've weighed and logged every day on my garmin since I started working towards some weight and fitness goals in March. It's been very enlightening and motivating for me to see how things fluctuate daily.

I'm new... and in if that's OK.
This is just what I need.... I lost 16 lbs last year on MFP, got off track and now finding my wt. drifting back up (surprise,surprise...) Its so daunting to get back on track, but 10 days at a time seems manageable.... thank you!

I am in again! I am hoping for better stick-to-itivness with what I eat consistently. I am logging regularly, so this challenge has helped, thank you. I am on the road today, no scale and tomorrow's scale will be one I haven't used for awhile. Let's see what it shows2

I am in this challenging for the first time. I am more or less at goal weight and trying to figure out maintenance for the first time after about 20 years of yo yo dieting. I like the idea of focusing on ten days at a time.

I would like to join. I am in this challenge for the first time also. I have a lot of weight to lose. I am a widow - live alone, no one to report to or keep me accountable so I tend to fall off the diet plan very easily.

I've always been told that weighing myself everyday is a bad thing and shouldn't be done when I've actually found it useful! So in the end I stopped doing it... now I've seen this I'm so excited to start and drop some pounds!!!1

I'm a little disappointed in myself. I maintained my weight Friday and Saturday (weekends are usually hard for me to eat within calories). Then last night was just a free for all. I went 1100 calories over for the day and it shows on the scale this morning. I've never weighed myself on a Monday. Back at it today though. Workout planned at 8:00!!

I like the idea of putting in numbers from other rounds because it shows how far people have come. It's 'only' 10 days but they add up when you keep committing. Sometimes it seems like a daunting task when challenges last for months. So here goes:
R2 SW 221
R3 SW 217.4
R4 SW 215
R5 SW 212
R6 Missed- Was away with no scale
