The forum is still as bitchy and backstabbing as it was a few years ago, the reason it hasn't changed is the same people are still here, the same tired old bajjilion post or 10x new account peeps that make it horrible for anyone that isnt in their little groups (but they turn on those folks too eventually)

some are sneaky flaggers that hide. (those are the same people on your FL's btw, dont think they arent )
some are pm sharer's.
some are folks that insult others on their wall's because they're cowards.
some are decent, friendly and fun.
some know mfp is not a real "community" that it's just some time-wasting fun to be had.
some don't.

I'll still use and abuse the forum for FWB that it is. Just wanted give some of the new folk a glimpse of the real mfp "community"

Ummm....based on how being jailed has moved you to use it as a platform to inform the masses, maybe you might be taking it a bit too seriously as well?.....just a thought

Problem here is that everyone is offended by something different. You don't like cliques. Someone else doesn't like cleavage, someone else doesn't like flirters, someone else doesn't like jokes, rude or otherwise.

Personal info sharing shouldn't be considered "fine" by anyone, but the other stuff you say is fine may not be fine with someone else. We are all entitled to our own opinions. In America we have Freedom of Speech. I don't have to LIKE what you say, but it doesn't mean you don't have the RIGHT to say it. I then have the freedom to ignore you if I want. MFP people can ignore people in the forums if they choose to do so, I have used that option.
I think there are few people here who try to hurt other people and more people here who try to find offense in everything being said. My sarcasm is very often mistaken by people who don't bother to get to know me. I can't make everyone happy. I have tried for too long and made myself miserable doing so. So take me or leave me. the ignore option is here for anyone and everyone to use.
