I kinda already broke my challenge. I had to use my bosses bathroom at work and he has a scale in there. I couldn't help stepping on it. Didn't even think about it. I'm still trying to stay off it.0 -

I don't know if i will get to weigh-in on Wednesday as it will be a busy day, i have a funeral to attend & have to drop children off to a friends house so they don't have to go. i will do it on Tuesday or Thursday instead.

Missed the actual weigh in day, but decided if I didn't go ahead and do this I never would. Having a really hard time getting motivated these days. Crazy life seems to be getting in the way, not using that as an excuse for next week though. Time to step up and get busy!! Leaving for vacation on Wednesday. I am my job's Team Captain for Relay for Life, through American Cancer Society, which I fundraise really hard for Jan-April, but I am putting $5 in my money bag for it now. Can't wait to see what causes other people are donating to!0 -

My cousin passed over last week. He is no longer in any pain (had cancer) & the cremation is on Wednesday 3rd Aug. I weighed -in today as we have to leave early to get there. I am not going to let tomorrow make me comfort eat again i will beat this feeling.0 -
I didn't keep my challenge of not stepping on the scale this week, but I definitely cut down the number of times I did. I only checked it maybe 3 times total as opposed to the 4 times daily. I will be checking in tomorrow and hope to have around a pound loss. I've been averaging a 3/4 pound loss the past 3 weeks. Good luck girls!0

I am pleased with my weight loss this week. I'm going to keep exercising and watching my calories. I may need to switch my weekly loss to 1/2 lb/week because my calories are at the lowest at 1200. This will bump my limit to around 1500, but I will definitely stay below that number.0 -

i lost half of last week's weight gain. now if i can just lose the other half by next week, i'll be a happy girl. i have not been logging this week, but i am back to cooking for myself. lol. i need to lose a pound a week to get to my goal. time to get serious! i am planning on running 70 miles this month, continuing the 100 push-ups challenge and starting slim in 6 today. wish me luck!0 -

i donated my $5 kid going door-to-door selling things for his football team. i needed nothing so i just gave him the money. not as lofty this time, but it got it done and i felt good about it.0 -

Trying super hard to see 137.0 on the scale on my next weigh-in. Leaving on vacation this Friday and I won't be back until Sat. the 13th! I will be able to log in through Monday but Tues-Fri next week I'll be floating in the Gulf of Mexico on my first cruise, so I won't be able to log in this board like usual. I am soooooo sick of this plateau! I am working hard and i am seeing some changes in body composition, but I would like to see the scale move too! This has been going on for 3 months!! Oh well, back to work I guess!

I'm actually in maintenance on my food plan for 2 more weeks before I start another round of trying intently to lose, so I'm a little surprised I continue to drop weight, but of course, I will not quibble!
Had great moments this week in new clothes and people really noticing my hard work. Some days were mentally a little sad and I'm trying not to beat myself up too much.

Some days were mentally a little sad and I'm trying not to beat myself up too much.
i feel like that sometimes too when i think about why i let myself get to 'rock bottom' before doing anything to change it. i am proud of what i have done, but also embarrassed about even having to do it in the first place (if that makes sense). anyway, congrats on the compliments this week. i am proud of you!0 -
