Rode a bike for the first time in about 25 years... up and down hills with muscles I haven't used in forever--did a 5-mile ride into town and back at 8mph

Got up at 5 and worked out! I almost convinced myself I had a headache and rolled over and slept for an hour instead.

I bought a blouse for work a while back ago, and it did not fit the way it should on me. I tried it on this morning, and score!.... it still didn't fit right.. :D However, it did fit better than before. So, just a little more to go and I can wear it.
