I did 2 VERY intense, sweaty dance cardio workouts today (1 hour each). I was sopping wet at the end of each one and had to take a nap this afternoon between workouts BUT!! I did it and I feel GREAT5

FitnessBlender's most recent 1,000 calorie workout. And I didn't switch to the easier/low impact exercises at any time during the 1.5 hs. Hella proud1

Got up at 5 and worked out! I almost convinced myself I had a headache and rolled over and slept for an hour instead.1

Started my day by waking up early with my wife so we could do a Bible study together!! I am proud that my beloved is mine and I am hers!!2

despite it being early, dark, cold and stormy I went to gym and tackled my workout full on.1

I bought a blouse for work a while back ago, and it did not fit the way it should on me. I tried it on this morning, and score!.... it still didn't fit right..
However, it did fit better than before. So, just a little more to go and I can wear it.
