Anyone trying to lose 50+ pounds?

I just started exercising and diet again. I have a goal of about 80 lbs to lose. I don't have any work out buddies so I was seeing about getting some friends on here that way we could help and support each other I'm on a 1360 calorie diet. I am trying not to weigh myself until July 6th. Anyone is welcome to add me on here

If you are just starting, not weighting often doesn't sound good. You need to be able to see how it is going and adjust accordingly.
Get a trending app and use it. Most people here do that and weigh everyday.2 -
Well, this has me on a 1260 diet and I have to follow the Mediterranean lifestyle because it helps with my IBS and fatty liver. I am currently at 230lbs but would like to be about 150 so I would like to lose about 80 lbs...its going to take me some time. I dont really have friends, I work an office job and I am a single mom so ANY communication would be great for me!!!!!10

First goal for me is 125...we will see how that suits me, may re-evaluate after that and go down just a bit more, but for now, will be happy with 125...1

Need to lose 60lbs more, I already lost 62lbs down from 291lbs doing various well balanced diet plans, snacks & light exercise mostly walking.
It'll be good in this group for support we also share successful weight loss food plans & do a biweekly track of lbs lost.
Any other ideas!

I want to lose 75 lbs I started March 1st and have lost 23 lbs so far. I don't have a thyroid so this is a little struggle for me. I have adapted to the decrease in calories and even the substitutions on food. I am very faithful at logging everything. Add me we call all support each other1

I gave about 70 more to go and can totally use the support and insight. Feel free to add me. About a year ago I found out I had a thyroid problem which affected my weight loss journey but now it's all under control and I'm ready to get back on it2

Just had a baby five months ago I'm 220 want to drop 60 pounds... I don't know how to start so many different diets and its hard to stay motivated when my son needs mommy all day2
