Yep 60lbs to lose. It's gonna take a while. I can't exercise but rolling around in my wheelchair gets my arms going. Foods playing an important part and food scales . I'm re-education myself.1

Yes, I still have about 100 more pounds to lose even though I've already lost 59 pounds since January 1, 2017 when my weight was 317. I eat 2,000 calories/day with my macros set to 30% carbs, 30% protein & 40% fat, which seems to work best for me. My exercise is limited (for the time being) to 30-45min of walking once or twice a week when it's not too hot outside (I don't eat back my exercise calories). I typically do my weigh-ins on Mondays (for the time being, but will change to Wednesdays in July) and add that info to my diary notes.
I'm a Type2 diabetic having meals every 3 hours from 9am to 6pm and using MyFitnessPal to log my meal times, what I ate & drank, my insulin dosage & blood sugar measurements at each meal along with other notes for the day.
Note: my diary is public & I've logged "everything" since May 22, 2017.4 -
I want to lose 70-85. I just need to finally make the decision and put my butt in gear.1

Currently at 209 and trying to get to 145. Down from 270. Frustrating when you eat 1200 calories a day and exercise consistently and the scale won't budge.2

Hi! I want to lose 114 lbs! I'm at 253 and my ultimate goal is 140. I got down to 167 then got pregnant and gained 80 and only lost 30 before I got pregnant again.1

I'm happy to help motivate and be motivated. I started at 223 Feb 20 2017. 176.5 as of this morning. It's hard work, every day. But doable.5

I'll join as well. I'm 270lbs (122.3kg) and want to loose 140lbs, so I end up in the middle of my best bmi. I've got a horse waiting until I drop below the 220lbs, because untill then I'm not going to ride him. Even though he's a big boy (just over 6ft and an ideal weight of 1800 pounds) I still think my excessive weight is in my and therefore his way when riding. So I've got a lovely in between goal at 50lbs. Since I've started I've lost 5 pounds, so just beginning, but I'm full of good mood.0 -

I only gained 25lbs. And I lost that the first 3 weeks post partum. But I'm out 5lbs. I was big before. So I just need to lose. I can't even blame it on my baby lol0 -

Lost 63lbs so far. Have 55lbs more to go. Started at 268lbs now 204.5lbs. Goal is be 150lbs. So looking forward being under 200lbs. I login in daily and exercise 5 times a week. Add me we can motivate encourage each other..1

Well, this has me on a 1260 diet and I have to follow the Mediterranean lifestyle because it helps with my IBS and fatty liver. I am currently at 230lbs but would like to be about 150 so I would like to lose about 80 lbs...its going to take me some time. I dont really have friends, I work an office job and I am a single mom so ANY communication would be great for me!!!!!
Totally get where you're at! MFP has been a lifesaver for me! I'm able to able to read up and post questions if I have any.
