..3rd: 53.1kg/118.36lb Finally got into my smallest jeans today. Feeling great
10th: 52.4kg/115.28lb thats the 23kg I originally wanted to lose.
17th: 54.9kg/120.78lb sigh!! Went on a total eating binge.. Now to get back into it.
24th: 52.9kg/ 116.38lb hard mentally but eventually took back control.

I am heading out to vacation this week and I may or may not have access to a scale. This will be my last weekly average of the month.
I saw a new daily low of 213.9 today!

I'm satisfied considering I went up to 172.8 on 6/4 from 171.6, but managed to get down to 168.2 lbs by the end of the month.

I've had a rough week, trying to get back on track after bad eating/drinking last weekend. And I'm still up. I'm hoping to see a loss before the end of the month!

I have no idea how I managed it, but the weight just dropped off this week. It's my birthday next monday and I wanted to be under 177 lbs (80 kg). So anything on top of that is amazing and I am over the moon!!
