Thank you @ketokathy1511
I don't have any machines at all!! I have accumulated a variety of dumbbells now but started with just 5lbers.. I use a few other peices of equipment like a barbell and a crate for step ups. Just DIVE in!!! You will LOVE what it does for your body if you give it a chance!! Would love to connect further. Best of luck!

Wow. That's amazing. I have been cutting calories and lifting regularly for 2 years and I still look like a flabby weakling. I don't know if it's because I am older or have birthed twins or what. If I looked like you I might be less grumpy about having to limit what I want to eat just to not gain it back. Anyhow, enjoy that bod. I keep thinking if I keep up the lifting and cut here and there, maybe I will look that in 10 years or so. Sigh....
Happy for you, but super jealous too.1 -
Such an inspiration! Congratulations! So happy for you1

Thank you so much everyone. I appreciate it!Well done you must be so proud! Could I ask what you eat for different meals?
Hi fereshtaf. I am currently working on putting meal ideas together (that are diabetes friendly and some even vegan) in a book! BUT to answer your question, I do healthy veggies stews and soups, green chili chicken tacos, grilled BBQ chicken with a fruits and veggies and much more.
These days I am trying to cut back on diary so I am trying lots of new recipes that I've never tried before! We are ALL learning or at least should be.
Eating healthy can be delicious!!!
