Coffee... all day every day!
Other than that cottage cheese, either strawberries or bananas. Usually oatmeal too.1 -

I'm kind of sort of following Dr. Fuhrman's protocol so every day I make sure to eat what he calls 'GBOMBS'-(leafy) Greens, Beans (1 cup), Onion, Mushrooms, Berries and then Seeds. I base my day around this list.1
