    Can't go wrong with all natural peanut butter, almost every day of my life.

    Coffee... all day every day!
    Other than that cottage cheese, either strawberries or bananas. Usually oatmeal too.

    I'm kind of sort of following Dr. Fuhrman's protocol so every day I make sure to eat what he calls 'GBOMBS'-(leafy) Greens, Beans (1 cup), Onion, Mushrooms, Berries and then Seeds. I base my day around this list.
