My mini goal is to stay dairy free for the rest of the month!5

My mini goal is to be 150 lbs. I want to not have to adjust the weight on cardio machines. It always starts at 150 lbs and I bring it up. I want to finally leave it alone and eventually bring it down.15

To see if I can lose 10 lbs on one month.10
-
To fit into my "skinny" jeans by October.9
-
Go to the gym everyday in July.11

Current goal: to get into the 150s.
I'm at 160 right now....I'm so close!!!
My hubby mentioned to me yesterday that my confidence seems to be way up, and I have to agree! losing 11lbs and seeing a huge difference in my body has been a major confidence boost.14 -
My initial weight-loss goal was 185. I've since lowered it to 168, but I'm really close to hitting that first goal. I'm bouncing around between 186 and 189, depending on my salt intake. Just gotta stop with the restaurant food...10

Miniest of mini goals, but it will mean a lot to me if I achieve it.
Yesterday was my first big "off-road" with 4th of July festivities since starting this new lifestyle a month ago. I want to show myself I can get back into the swing of things and not devolve into the whole "Well, just one more day off-plan" mentality.
So, mini goal: Stay on track today. Come in at calorie goal, drink a lot of water, don't get upset by what the scale says in reaction to yesterday!9 -
My mini goal is to exercise everyday. Even if it's as simple as a walk around the neighborhood. I've joined a challenge to try and make sure I stick with it!!8

5k run in 3 weeks. It's been 2 years since I joined a 5k. Initially I was going to try to cut my time from that last run but I've been so out of shape the goal is just to get through the run!7

I have 4 weeks of 'single living' - gf is off to Argentina for volunteer stuff. She went yesterday and although I miss her like mad, it is already nice to only have my food to think about/prep.
So no moping, no sitting. Using the time to:
start stronglifts - which means learning how to use the stuff on the 'scary' side of the gym!
swim 2km every morning, no excuses
get back to my 3 runs a week on C25K (on week 8, day 2, so not much left)
when I complete C25K, start park runs on Saturdays and have a similar run on Tues/Weds
and not weight-related, but I have a load of stuff that I was going to ebay over a year ago. That is all coming downstairs to the table so that I get it done!!
done 1 routine of stronglifts - need to plan better as socialising kinda keeps getting in the way
swam 2km all week - this morning failed due to back pain and stupidly hot pool, was annoyed
done one run - second tomorrow and done nothing regarding selling stuff - baby steps!2 -

Update: I achieved my mini goal on the 5th, then the 6th, and now am on track to continue through today!10 -

To fit into my daughter's wedding dress!
My daughter got married in the beginning of June, and I wore a cute light blue tank dress with sequins that I would not be caught dead in previously. I was so proud of myself, as I had gone from 218 lbs to 156 lbs in 18 months. My daughter is a good 25 pounds lighter than me, but she ordered her dress larger to allow for taking it in. If I can lose to about 145 in the next 2 months, I can have her dress altered with lacing in the back and it will fit me. She wants to have my dress taken in to fit her and we will switch dresses and take similar pictures as when she was getting married.
I think this would be weird and fun, so my goal is to get below 145 by end of August.

To pull a 375 lb deadlift at my next competition, August 5th.7

I hope to be able to not feel about donuts the way a person might feel about a mister/mistress that she/he can't bring her/himself to leave. I know that I need to not cheat my results and that loving them as much as I do is wrong. Still, sometimes, I don't wanna be right. One day ... I'll get there.18

I can't wait to get into Onederland. I'm currently at 204 lbs (down from 232.5), I'm so close. Hopefully within the next 2 weeks. I'll take 199.9 lbs, just to see that #1 on the scale.15

I'm gonna try 5 miles/day 5 days/ week for 5 weeks. Then vacation.9
-
For the rest of the month, I want to hit at least 8k steps each day.7
