I kind of cycle through some regular items. I have a Greek yogurt with Fiber One cereal every day. Lately I have been having 226g of cottage cheese and 100g strawberries for breakfast. Typically breakfast has been 2 boiled eggs and a piece of toast.0

Hummus with Doctor Kracker seeded spelt cracker
Smokehouse almonds, Cajun Roasted Cashews, Sunflower Kernels

This is pretty much my dinner every night, quick and easy after a long 11 hour day.
