    Coffee, egg whites and oatmeal, everyday.

    I kind of cycle through some regular items. I have a Greek yogurt with Fiber One cereal every day. Lately I have been having 226g of cottage cheese and 100g strawberries for breakfast. Typically breakfast has been 2 boiled eggs and a piece of toast.

    Greek yogurt for breakfast and tuna fish for lunch everyday for the last 4 weeks

    Almonds
    Cashew nuts
    Pumpkin seeds
    Green leafy vegetable + a variety of others
    A couple of squares of dark chocolate

    Smoothie: Kale, frozen berries, almond milk, and THM protein powder
    Oikos triple zero with fresh berries
    Iced oolong with fresh ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and almond milk (all day sipper)
    Sugar Snap peas or other raw veg (because I need a crunch, and potato chips are off limits)
    Hummus with Doctor Kracker seeded spelt cracker
    Smokehouse almonds, Cajun Roasted Cashews, Sunflower Kernels

    Ramen noodles, mushrooms, chilli, kale, onions, soy sauce.

    Then I throw in which ever veg is on the Aldi super 6 deal and which ever protein I fancy.

    This is pretty much my dinner every night, quick and easy after a long 11 hour day.

    I actually surprised that I get to add one that hasn't been mentioned yet!

    I have bacon nearly every day - usually one slice in an bacon and egg muffin.

    Other things:
    Coffee with creamer
    Strawberries
    Greek yogurt
    Carrots
    Chicken
