    Would love to do this! Just turned 71 & have been on MFP for several years. Surgeries, injuries and family issues means I've been up & down with the weight but have made up my mind THIS IS IT!! See you tomorrow!

    I'm in! My 12 week goals are to continue my Stronglifts 5x5 with an easy run after on M W F and a run on either Sat or Sun. Also, no alcohol except on Saturdays - damn summer heat and beers... I'll weight in on Sundays. Trying to loose the 20 lbs I gained this winter!

    I would love to join. I am getting married on October 5th and need to lose at least 20lbs. I need a supportive group to keep me motivated and on track.

    Yikes I put on 5 lbs these past couple of weeks. Hopefully after 12 weeks I will be close or at goal. What is everyone exercise plan or strategy for the next 12 weeks? I plan on doing hammer and chisel or other dvd, some treadmill, and yoga.

    I'm pretty good right now. I have added some activity to my day about 6000 = steps which doesn't seem a lot to some people but to me thats a lot. Good luck everyone today.
