Hi. I'm in too. I have already lost 6.8kgs but it has taken 7 months to do it. I would like to challenge myself to lose .5kg every week. That would be 6kgs in the 12 weeks. After that, maybe another challenge to finish the job eh? I have just seen this, so I will weigh tomorrow and post. Good luck everyone.1

Decided to up the weight I want to lose to 22 pounds(10.2 kgs).Starting low carb diet today.

I'm in. Starting wt 206. Would like to loose 10 in these 12 weeks. I gained 40 over a year's time (thyroid and bad eating habits). Here's to getting on a better path1

Goals: start working out regularly, learn some new recipes to make at home, continue to learn how to be able to dine out at restaurants and not blow my daily allowance (this is crucial for my line of work), continue to focus on portion control.

I'm in too! I'd like to lose about 25-30 pounds in 12 weeks too. Starting low-carb as of today and fitness programme is Lee Labrada's 12 week lean challenge, and then yoga, cycling, running etc.
