What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I have 4 weeks of 'single living' - gf is off to Argentina for volunteer stuff. She went yesterday and although I miss her like mad, it is already nice to only have my food to think about/prep.
So no moping, no sitting. Using the time to:
start stronglifts - which means learning how to use the stuff on the 'scary' side of the gym!
swim 2km every morning, no excuses
get back to my 3 runs a week on C25K (on week 8, day 2, so not much left)
when I complete C25K, start park runs on Saturdays and have a similar run on Tues/Weds
and not weight-related, but I have a load of stuff that I was going to ebay over a year ago. That is all coming downstairs to the table so that I get it done!!
done 1 routine of stronglifts - need to plan better as socialising kinda keeps getting in the way
swam 2km all week - this morning failed due to back pain and stupidly hot pool, was annoyed
done one run - second tomorrow and done nothing regarding selling stuff - baby steps!2 -
Miniest of mini goals, but it will mean a lot to me if I achieve it.
Yesterday was my first big "off-road" with 4th of July festivities since starting this new lifestyle a month ago. I want to show myself I can get back into the swing of things and not devolve into the whole "Well, just one more day off-plan" mentality.
So, mini goal: Stay on track today. Come in at calorie goal, drink a lot of water, don't get upset by what the scale says in reaction to yesterday!
Update: I achieved my mini goal on the 5th, then the 6th, and now am on track to continue through today!10 -

To fit into my daughter's wedding dress!
My daughter got married in the beginning of June, and I wore a cute light blue tank dress with sequins that I would not be caught dead in previously. I was so proud of myself, as I had gone from 218 lbs to 156 lbs in 18 months. My daughter is a good 25 pounds lighter than me, but she ordered her dress larger to allow for taking it in. If I can lose to about 145 in the next 2 months, I can have her dress altered with lacing in the back and it will fit me. She wants to have my dress taken in to fit her and we will switch dresses and take similar pictures as when she was getting married.
I think this would be weird and fun, so my goal is to get below 145 by end of August.

To pull a 375 lb deadlift at my next competition, August 5th.7

I hope to be able to not feel about donuts the way a person might feel about a mister/mistress that she/he can't bring her/himself to leave. I know that I need to not cheat my results and that loving them as much as I do is wrong. Still, sometimes, I don't wanna be right. One day ... I'll get there.18

I can't wait to get into Onederland. I'm currently at 204 lbs (down from 232.5), I'm so close. Hopefully within the next 2 weeks. I'll take 199.9 lbs, just to see that #1 on the scale.15

I'm gonna try 5 miles/day 5 days/ week for 5 weeks. Then vacation.9

For the rest of the month, I want to hit at least 8k steps each day.7

Time to set a new mini goal. Currently 87.8 kg so I want to get down to 83 and then get myself a mystery present. The mystery present is a musical instrument... at the mo I can play it a bit but I want to get better so I Earn the new one. So instead of eating I'm going to practice playing whenever I'm tempted to overindulge. There! Intention declared publicly!6

Going to a beachside getaway for the first time in years in a month. Time to dig in! Pretty stoked to take my shirt off in public and not be the fat hairy guy12

I originally wanted to run every day in July, sometimes just short ones, sometimes longer to get my activity in. Well, real life happens and that hasn't worked already, so I altered my goal to run 31 miles. A mile per day's worth of running.14

Next goal is weighing less than my husband. About 7 pounds to go!11
-
I'm so close to my prepregnancy weight! 3.5lbs to go it's not my final goal weight but I will be sooo excited when I get there!13

Seeing onederland. 199 is 20 lbs away. Then it will be a goal of 185, then 170, then my goal weight of 160.7

Short term goal:
1. Engagement Pictures in 2 weeks. I really wanted to get down to 125 (but it's looking more like 128)
Longer Goal:
2. Wedding, August 2018, hoping to get down to 120 (definitely should hit this goal if I just stick with it!)9 -
Go to the gym everyday in July. So far so good. Last night only did bicep curls and above head chest presses (not sure of real name). Then 20 minutes of stretching; but still I was in the gym and it's better than nothing. Going to write myself a minimum exercise list so even when I'm too tired I can go to the gym and do that.5

About 9 pounds away from being seeing onederland. I've been working on this goal since December of 2016, only losing about 30 pounds since then, but I finally realized the less I try, the better I do. Meaning, in the past, I've gone hard core, exercising like a maniac, counting every morsel, low carb, low fat, low cal, paleo, I've tried it all. I get burned out and discouraged too easily and end up putting the weight back on. So I decided I would just stick with "don't eat until you explode and move some more". It's not the fastest, but it has consistently worked for 6 months now. I'm hoping to reach this next goal by the end of the summer. We shall see.17

Mini goal-walk 30 minutes every day this week.6

On Saturday I totally killed last week's goal of running for 20 minutes straight via C25K. Feeling pretty awesome about myself.
This week's goals:
1. Finish C25K week 6. (We may go away this weekend for an added challenge.)
2. Get 80K steps.
3. Get to 195 lbs. I am so close!12 -
My goal is to log all my food daily. My goal is to be honest every bite I put in my mouth. I'm new to my fitness pal.11

Friend's wedding in 6 weeks. I'm working on toning chest/shoulders/biceps/triceps for my bridesmaids dress. Cleaner eating and more strength training!6

I am a perfectionist and all or nothing kinda girl. Last time I was here, I decided that things were just too easy, I guess. My goal is to remember that no bonus points will be awarded for making my own life difficult, and I should be kind to myself.21

I am stealing this! Love it!4 -
Completing the first year of maintaining within my goalweight-zone (in October).10

Weight is already at target. Want to drop about 5% body fat (recomp) by the end of the year. It's been super slow going, because I'm not as invested as I could be, but I'm down about half way so far this year...so I know it can be done.9

If I can get under 15% body fat I'm rewarding myself with a new tattoo9
