    SW: 234 lbs (June 19, 2017)
    R8 SW: 229.4
    R9 SW: 225.8
    R9 GW: 220.8

07/02 - 225.8. Big jump from yesterday (by 2.7 lbs). Oops. bw eating horrible and staying up until 4 am making deliveries I was expecting a jump. Just not this bad.
07/03 - 223.6. Bye bye water weight and hello good night sleep.
    07/04 - 222.8 lbs
07/05 - 222.2 lbs it was a rough day yesterday. Put my poor sweet kitty down (cried like a baby) then proceeded to work until 1:30 am. I managed not to go crazy and eat everything in sight and stayed under cal. *sigh*
    07/06 - 221.2 lbs
07/07 - 220.8 lbs - goal reached!! now to see if i can see the 210s.
07/08 - 220.8 lbs - ate lots of salt last night...like 10 pm snack on instant potatoes bad. still only went 80 cal over though.
07/09 - 219.3 lbs - using bfs scale so don't trust this number but it's nice to see the 210s again for the first time in a long time time.
07/10 - 218.8 lbs - I guess his scale didn't lie. Firmly in the 210s now for the first time in 3 years!

    My Round 1

    Starting weight 167
    Goal weight 150
    Ultimate goal 138-140
    Round 9 start weight 162.4 Goal 160

*Challenge goal Log and stay within my cals everyday, drink my water and move more.

07/02 162 Slow and steady wins the race! Staying on track again today.
07/03 162 No change this morn. I think I need to start working on my overload of sodium.
    07/04 162.4 o well.. I will keep going!
07/05 163.6 I am surprised it wasn't more.. w/ the junk I ate, yesterday. Back on my challenge goal. *
07/06 161.8 I am happy to get closer to 160. Most was from the 4th over indulgence.
07/07 161 I will take it! My DH and I are incorporating green salads as our main course for dinner.
07/08 161 Traveling in the afternoon and unplanned dinner out .. I didn't gain... go figure!?!?
07/09 161.4 ? My guess..from the sodium rich ham and beans we made for dinner.
    07/10 160.8 :)
    07/11

I am really liking this challenge.. its keeping me more mindful of my cals eaten and the way it affects my daily weight fluctuations.

    Round 9: (Round 2 for me. Female/aged 71)
SW: 227 lbs; Final goal weight: 147 lbs
    Round 8: SW: 164.5 lbs.
Round 8: end weight: ? lbs. No access to scale, so not sure.
    7/2/17 weight: 169 lbs
    Round 9 GW: 165 lbs

7/2: lbs. travelling. No access to scale.
7/3: 169 lbs. Not unexpected after a 5 day family holiday. Too many restaurant meals, and a garden party. Hopefully some of it is water retention, so this week I will hydrate and eat clean.
7/4: 166.8 lbs. Phew! Glad that worked well! I will go with the flow for the rest of this week, and see if I can shift some more excess baggage. Lol!
    7/5: 168.2 lbs. Up/down/up ... lol!
7/6: 167.5 lbs. I was out for lunch yesterday, so I'm pleased that I didn't go up this morning.
7/7: 167.1 lbs. Yesterday was good. Today is better! Tomorrow? Who knows! Lol!
7/8: 166.2 lbs. That's more like it. My splurge last week is slowly going. It just required focus and mindful eating. I have a birthday party today, so need to be very mindful and stick to mostly healthy options. Shouldn't be too difficult as it's a buffet meal.
7/9: 168.7 lbs. Stayed under goal, but food choices not the best. I feel bloated and had way to much sugar! Water retention and sugar hangover is the worst! Bleugh!!! On the plus side, it was a great family party.
7/10: 167.4 lbs. Nice steady drop. Feeling more normal today. I'm hopeful that I will be down tomorrow, but perhaps not to 165 as planned.
    7/11: lbs.

    Round 9--SW 235.6

    Round 7--Start 229.7 End 228.3 Weight loss/gain -1.4
    Round 8--On vacation

Went on vacation for two weeks. Had a great time. The scale showed a 7.3lb gain, I thought it would be a lot more, but I know a lot of it is water retention, messed up sleep schedule, and extra salt from all of the restaurant meals. Ready to get back to regular eating and exercising. My goal for this round is to get back down to or close to my pre-vacation weight.

    07/02--235.6
    07/03--233.4 Vacation water weight loss
    07/04--230.3 More water weight
07/05--230.6 I think most, if not all, of the water weight from my vacation is gone.
    07/06--229.2
07/07--228.6 All water weight loss. I'm pretty surprised how quickly the water weight is coming off.
07/08--228.1 I am shocked that I reached my goal for this round, hopefully it will stick for the rest of the round. Usually when I've gone on vacation and put on weight it's been so difficult to get back into my regular eating habits and I give up on my weight loss. So this is really exciting.
07/09--228.1 Keeping steady. Would love to see the 227's before the end of this round.
07/10--229.4 Not sure where that came from, just a normal weight fluctuation. The only thing I can think of is that I didn't have a great sleep last night because I was a little stressed about going into work this morning after being off for 3 weeks. Worried about any possible messes I may be coming back to when I return to work. Tonight I will be starting back with my weightlifting, so I'm expecting an increase at tomorrow's weigh-in.

    R9 SW 353.8

07/02 353.8 I'm up quite a bit from yesterday, after a party that included a lot of late night eating.
07/03 353.0 Better, but I need to incorporate exercise. I'm going on vacation at the end of the week so I'm trying to stay on track.
07/04 355.8 Welp, I guess this is the cake and the pizza and the whole bag of chips I ate, plus I haven't logged in 4 days.
    07/05 353.8 Better.
07/06 355.0 I have eaten very poorly this round.
07/07 no scale My eating was much better than it has been. Being out of the house, in a hotel, has helped. I don't have food around me that I can snack on mindlessly.
07/08 no scale Over ate at the dinner party.
07/09 no scale I was not very active today.
07/10 no scale We went to the beach and mall. I packed snacks to keep from butting junk, so it's been a good day all around.

    Starting weight 148
Starting weight end of Round 8 Challenge 133.8
    Goal weight 132
    Ultimate goal 130

07/02 - 137 YIKES!!! This is a good reminder why I don't eat the way I did last night on any kind of regular basis! It tasted better than it felt. And I knew while I was eating that I would regret it in the morning. Lesson learned. And I have already repented and ran 5 miles this morning. Hopefully it won't take the entire challenge to get back to where I was and a little less (I hope). Shameful :(
07/03 - 133.8 Much better. Forward, March! So to the speak. Got in my gym workout today. May try and squeeze in another tomorrow before Independence Day celebrations. Happy and safe 4th of July everyone.
07/04 - 133.8 Went to the gym this morning and minding my eating so far on this holiday.
07/05 - 133.2 woohoo!!! I am thrilled. Going out of town the last 4 days of this challenge. Would love to get 133 to stick. Today is a rest day (always dangerous). But will be pounding the pavement tomorrow morning in the hot Florida heat. Always trying to be mindful with eating. Happy hump day all <3.
    07/06 - 133.8 YoYo
07/07 - 133.6 slow and steady wins the race. Staying in the 133's . At the gym now. Going away this weekend. Maybe no scale. Always mindful
07/08 - 135.2 that's what I saw at 4:45 in the morning as I was trying to get ready to go the airport. But not surprised after Happy Hour w/friends last night! And so far no scale until Wednesday. Wish me luck. Mapped out my running route for tomorrow . Always trying!
07/09 - no scale (just prayer) I am doing my best visiting Philadelphia with what I eat. Trying to eat, enjoy and not overindulge! Got a great 5.25 mile run in on the Schuylkill Banks. Beautiful place and beautiful weather. Happy Sunday, Funday all!
07/10 - no scale. It's my anniversary and I'm out of town! How bad can it be when I get home? I worked out today. But did enjoy my dinner tonight. We will see when I get home Wednesday. Yikes!!!

07/09: 197.4 this has been a strange week for me. I can't seem to coordinate my eating and water consumption with my workouts, and when I have a decent day with food, I can't get on track with working out
07/10: 196.8 yes! Once again didn't get to my normal workout, but I got in plenty of steps and stayed under my calories.

    7/7 - 80.6kg
7/8 - 80.2kg - Better but still feeling a bit underwhelmed by this week's progress. Hoping that I can still crack the 80kg mark this round at least.
7/9 - 81.3kg - Went to a friend's dinner party last night, three course meal...did go over my calorie allowance but not by so much that it would make me put on weight, so once again it'll be water and all sorts of rubbish. Knowing how long I hold onto all that (see above as the last weekend was the same), I don't think I'll get rid of it all before the end of the round so I'm waving my goal weight for the round goodbye.
7/10 - 80.6kg - Going down but not enough, think it'll probably stay there tomorrow as well.
7/11 - 80.2kg - Well, could be worse. 0.3kg for 10 days isn't amazing but I'll take it. Think I'm going back to weekly weigh-ins, not sure the up and down is doing me any good, just causing anxiety.

Hope everyone is happy with their progress!

    Round 9!
Starting weight beginning of March =162.6 My weight yesterday - Saturday - morning was up from earlier in week: 149.8
Here's to success for all of us on our journey.

    Day Weight Comments

07/02 149.0 Down from yesterday: could it be the haircut? :) Here's to a fresh start and healthy eating. My goal is to lose at least 2 lbs this go round so I'd like to see the scale at 147 or below. Good losing everyone.
07/03 148 Hmmm, a big drop 2 days in a row.Water? Did 75 min on elliptical yesterday. Off to gym today. Salads. My life needs more salads.
07/04 147.2 Almost back to where I was 2 weeks ago. This should stick. It seems to be my pattern: down, up, down up, down, stick. Another 75 on elliptical and more cleaning spare bedroom. Stayed low on cals and within on carbs despite a couple glasses of prosecco. I do love me some prosecco. Feeling light and good. Happy Fourth, ya'all.
07/05 147.4 Did a little holiday eating and another 75 on ellip. NSV while my sons ate shrimp po' boys I ate shrimp on a salad. Yhea me!
07/06 145.6 Oh, boy. Please stick. I'm due for a drop. Laid awake for hours last night and then slept in late so long time no eat or drink so water weight is down. Went to gym yesterday and ate way below cal and carbs. Just wasn't hungry. Got extra exercise playing chase with a 2 year old. Fun exercise.
07/07 146.6 C'est le vie. Ate way below, carbs below, 1 hr ellip and walk around the park. Still down 2 1/2 lbs since start of this round. Hoping for a little more. gym today and maybe aqua arthritis.
07/08 146 (Sing along in a Liverpool accent: It's looking betta all the time) Skipped gym but got n Aqua Arthritis and 45 on ellip. Will get to gym today. Chicken, salad and pickles are my friends. Then I drink lemon water to counteract the sodium in the pickles. My diet has become a chemistry set. I'm headed to 145 again and excited. Patience is the key boys and girls. It has been slow going but then I remind myself that I started at 162.
07/09 145 Hallelujah! I like this number. Went to gym yesterday but ate more than usual. Actually ate my 1200 cals. Down 4.8 since last Saturday. I think I'm experiencing a 'whoosh'.
07/10 145 two days in a row! Be still, my galloping heart. Did 45 elliptical yesterday and stayed under cals and carbs. Despite the ups and downs this round has been good to me.To gym today and to store for salad goodies. Gonna bake a chicken breast so I have protein for my salads. One more day folks, finish strong!

07/11 145 Happy with this round's success. Lost my 2# +. Went to gym yesterday, ate some processed food - tortilla chips - first time in long time but stayed within goals. Round 10... comein' up!

    My Round 2/Your Round 9
    R1 SW: 195
    R2 SW: 190
GW: 189: I know it isn't much, but if I can just push through the 190's and go under, I will be thrilled.
    Day Weight Comments
07/02: 190 lbs: I must admit I did eat more carbs this weekend. I had pizza and McDonald's even though I stayed under my calorie intake for the day, and I exercised. Must be all the salt and less water intake.
07/03 191: I drank more water today, but since it was a day off from work, I met my husband for lunch, and had an Arroz Con Pollo. I am going to pay for this. I could taste the sodium. It was almost as though I could feel my blood pressure go up.
07/04 190: The food must have not hit me yet, but I was under my calorie intake and I did exercise. I ate healthy also.
07/05 191.5, and here we go! I need to get back to a more restrictive diet but not starve myself. I have to remember there is more to me than just a number.
07/06 191.5 I stuck to low carb diet today and biked 6 miles. So, hopefully I will see myself losing something tomorrow.
07/07 192: I don't get it at all. I exercised yesterday, ate beneath my calorie intake, and drank 48 oz. of water. I'm feeling bummed.
07/08 191: Spent the day at the lake with my family for plenty of swimming and stayed on my diet and within my calories. I'm almost back to where I started this week.
07/09 191: I biked 6.5 miles, walked for over an hour, ate under my daily calorie intake, avoided the temptation of pizza and ice cream, and it wouldn't even give me a single ounce of loss? Lol That's alright! I'll take it. I didn't gain any.
07/10: 190 I AM BACK...to my start weight this round. Lol I had a good feeling about today because the last two days, I've seemed to be flushing out a lot of water. I biked 6 miles and ate really well. I am also super proud of my husband who joined MFP, and is going to give losing weight a try with me. It took him a month to do this with me but better late than never, right?
07/11 190: I didn't lose any additional weight over these last 10 days. I just lost the 2 lbs I gained over the holiday, but I'm at a 12 lb. loss so far because I started my weight loss journey at 202. Bring on the next 10 days. I want to get beneath the 190 mark...please...

7/7 - 194.8 - Had a great birthday seeing family! Love to see my young niece and nephew so much, always a blast. Finally had time to enter in everything I ate yesterday...3,311 calories...not as bad as I actually thought. One big poop and back on track today will take care of that.

    7/9 - 192.2
7/10 - 191.8 - today is heavy weight training/super high calorie re-feed day, so tomorrow is almost guaranteed to be higher on the scale. Gonna try adding a ton of cardio though to even it out.
7/11 - 192.4 - (normal gain after wt/refeed) Slow ten days for me overall, my birthday set me back some, but it was worth it.

Great job to everyone that made it closer to their goals.
