I know I'm a couple of Sundays late, but can I still join? I really need a support group like this ti stay motivated. I have set myself a fitness and weight loss challenge and I really need to prove to myself that I still have what it takes to remain focused and achieve me goals. I have 19lbs to lose to get to my first weight goal. I'll see from there if I am happy at that weight.3

Getting myself psyched up to hit the gym tonight after work. It's been way too long. I know when the end of the day comes I'll be tempted to just go home, but I am determined to make positive life changes. Making a commitment to get moving tonight. I know I'll feel so much better if I do.4

No idea, not losing faith. I've been doing Strong Lifts 5x5 so I'm sore here and there and prob retaining water/building muscle. I hope so anyway.2 -
