7/12 - 132.8 I am thrilled! I was very conscious about how much I ate more than what I ate while I was away. Walked a heap checking things out. And worked out 3 out of 4 days I was away. I hope this is going to stick! I was in that direction before I went out to Happy Hour on 7/7 and weighed in on 7/8. Keep on keeping on
7/13 - 132.4 definitely moving in the right direction. Now comes a new challenge. I had a minor procedure today and no exercise for 10-14 days. If I can maintain throughout this challenge, I will be quite happy.
7/14 - 132.4 staying steady. No exercise for awhile. Mindful eating. Eating is 75% of the battle (so the research shows). I will keep logging. Happy Friday everyone.
7/15 - 133 I hate not being able to exercise! Maybe another 8 days. Continue to be mindful about eating
7/16 - 132.4 steady
7/17 - 132.4 This is not easy without exercise. Hopefully, a week from today i can start back!
7/18 - 132 I have not seen that number in many, many years. Amazing!
7/19 - 132.2 I did not even realize I was at my goal yesterday because I am so fixated on not gaining because I can't exercise. So upward and onward to my ultimate goal, which I prob will change in the next round to 129. I know it's only 1 pound, but it gets harder the closer you get. And I have not been in the 120's since I was a much younger woman. We will see if it is attainable.

Well at least I didn't go up. I had my niece stay over last night and she is used to eating super unhealthy. So yesterday and today has been one of those days where we've been eating healthy for her but unhealthy for us. Just relieved that we have been really active. Because 11 year olds. I love her but I will be glad to not be awakened at 6 on my day off by someone staring at me and asking for food.

I walked over 10,000 steps with my niece yesterday doing various chores and running errands. I guess that plus Aqua Zumba and a short walk with the dog balanced out the slight calorie overage. Let's just keep this off for the next 8 days so I can make my goal!!

Went out last night and watched A Midsummer Night's Dream plus ate super unhealthy. Honestly I'm surprised I lost weight. I think it might just be water because I drank a lot of it yesterday. I also did some HIIT this morning so I feel like I'm getting back on track with exercise now that everything in the house is settling down.

Yep. It was the burrito. Back down again. So happy, too. 2.2 lbs away from my goal weight! Did Aqua Zumba last night and afterwards I caught my hand in a bag of salt and vinegar chips. After about 5, I looked at the back of the bag, saw the nutrition info, and decided it wasn't worth it. Yay me! Normally I would be like "Oh well. I earned it." Hoping to remember that if you want to see results you can't just gobble them up!

I'm finding that as I near the end, plateaus come more often and it is easier to gain back weight that I've lost. Not saying that two days of the same weight=a plateau. But most days I've been floating at 132-3 for a couple of weeks now. Would like to have another pound lost before vacation so I won't be so stressed about gaining it back. I didn't exercise yesterday. Was driving all day to my dad's house (or back home) from visiting him, but I did eat healthy.

7/12 138.8 Boo, even a little gain is annoying. I didn’t get much exercise in yesterday, perhaps that’s the culprit. Under on calories, lots of protein yesterday!
7/13 138.0 Heck yeah!! I was so happy to see that, I was due for a loss.. I’ve had a good week with small gains each day, I knew the loss was coming eventually! Had a good day eating yesterday and got 2 nice walks in. On a side note, I’ve officially been weighing myself daily for a month now and am down 7.8lb! 10lb more to go til my ultimate goal!
7/14 137.4 I feel like it’s too good to be true! Ate decently yesterday (even had a chocolate chip cookie and vodka tonic!) got in a really good walk last night after dinner! Hoping I can keep things under control this weekend.
7/15 136.8 Wow! I can't believe how I'm losing this round, I've gotta keep it up! I had a great week staying under my calories and exercising. Only .2 from my goal for this round!

7/17 138.0 Ugh. I guess it was too good to be true. Pool party + fair food + TOM + not enough water = a sad Monday morning. I know it’s just water and grossness, so it’ll dissipate this week.
7/18 137.0 That’s what I like to see, a nice drop after a day of lots of water, good eating & walking. I feel good about hitting my goal this 10 days.. I have a good week planned (meal wise) so I should be able to drop a little more!
7/19 136.8 Sooo close to goal! Thought I’d be down a little more today, under calories and good walks in yesterday. Oh well. I have plans for some adult beverages tonight, hopefully I can stay on track and it not affect things too much tomorrow!

7/12: 196.2 kinda knew it would go up a little. I ate late and fell asleep within a half hour of my last bite of food. Not my usual practice and not something I want to make a habit. Still happy to be off the 97 lol
7/13: 197.8 dang it dang it dang it. Had a little bbq last night, but didn't eat only a little lol. Add on the fact that my morning routine was messed up and today wasn't great, but I hit up the vegetables hard today and stayed on goal, so hopefully the scale will show it.
7/14: 197.2 that's better. went for a walk and did some zumba, so today was alright.
7/15: 197.0 woot woot! had some bbq today but I got a good walk in and stayed within my calories.
7/16: 197.8
7/17: 197.4 okay that's a bit better. I'm going to be working more so if I stay consistent with my food (no more Popeye's Chicken), then I think I'll be able to get back on track for this round. Also, side note, not only did my weight go up, but I totally broke out after eating that delicious but super greasy chicken. I'll be staying away from now on.
7/18: 196.2 woot woot! Going back down. Did about 4 miles of walking yesterday, and on pace for that amount today as well. Let's finish out these last few days strong!
7/19: 195.8 alright! Almost back where I started for this week. I doubt I'll be able to make my goal of 193 in the next two days, so I want to make a new goal for myself. I want to maintain my focus over the weekend so that all my hard work doesn't go to waste in the next round.

7/12: 165.4 - a nice drop. I just want to stay under 166.
7/13: 164.4 - I've been drinking plenty of water and getting a good night's rest.
7/14: 165.0 - was expecting this uptick. Had a slight cosmetic procedure yesterday so I expect I'm a little swollen and no exercise for me until Monday.
7/15: 163.6 - looks like I dropped some water weight. we'll see if it sticks.
7/16: 164.6 - totally expected. Way too much sodium yesterday and way over my calories. Gotta tighten up these next few days to make up for it.
7/17: 165.6 - way over my calories and sodium again yesterday. Spent the weekend with my SO and I find it hard to stick to my calories around him unless I prepare all our meals (which I didn't). Going to try to get back to 163.6 to end the 10 days at my lowest weight so far.
7/18: 163.8 - 12 glasses of water and I cut back a little yesterday to try to make up for my overage this past weekend.
7/19: 164.0 - normal fluctuation. although I do feel a bit 'heavy' today for lack of better words.

7/12 - 132.4 - I was 131 for a few days before this, but up a bit today probably because of a little extra sugary dessert yesterday. Ate well today and went for a few walks but didn't get a workout in. Tomorrow I will go for a run!
7/13 - 131.4 - That's what I was hoping for, was within my calorie goal yesterday. Feeling great today! Now if I can just stay in my calorie goal today and get a workout in, it'll be a good day.
7/14 - 130.4 - Stayed with the MFP calorie goal yesterday, but not mine, which is to only eat half my exercise cals back. Feeling great today though! Got in a beautiful morning run! Now to not self-sabotage this weekend.

7/16 - 133.6 - TOM, yucky and bloated.
7/17 - 133.6 - Still as bloated and puffy as yesterday. Ate within calorie goal and got a 45 min workout in yesterday, so happy about that. But a little high in sugar. Retaining water, blah.
7/18 - 130.8 - feeling so much better today! jogged this morning and ate within my calorie limit yesterday!
7/19 - 131.2 - wrong direction! ate well yesterday, within calorie goal, did eat back only half my exercise calories.

7/13: 204.8 - bummer, but not sweating it. Way over on calories yesterday, hubby's birthday and temptation won. But it's a tiny fluxuation, back on track.
7/14: 203.8 – Woo, it feels great to see results from dedication.
7/15: At Mom’s, no scale.
7/16: 203.8 – Awesome! Adult beverages at Mom’s didn’t do terrible damage! And I’m back home staying dedicated. Added some light weights today.
7/17: 203.2 – Lost .6 pound over the weekend. Not too shabby. But I’m starting to feel impatient and I shouldn’t. Down 1.4 pounds in 5 days. Just need to keep pushing.
7/18: 202.6 - I was pretty hungry all day yesterday. Stayed within my calorie intake goal and did my walking. I'm getting sick of salads though, so I'm going to switch it up a bit today. I might go over my calories by a little bit, but I'm excited to eat different stuff. And hey, I'm down 2 pounds.... 2 very hard earned pounds! Right on track.
7/19: 202.3 - I'm happy with this. Last night I felt so drained and depleted I pretty much ate whatever I wanted. I didn't go crazy - we're talking turkey sticks, granola bars, the entire pint of halo top instead of half, bread on my burger and a big glass of milk. I felt satiated and still down on the scale! So I'd call that a win!

7/12 - 141.0 I think I figured out my yoyo weight by reducing carbs as much as possible. However was up for Round 9 while on vacation and a couple parties. My goal this 10 days is to drop 1 lb and end at 140.8
7/13 - 140.8 I think this is just water loss. For some reason I've had a few nights of night sweats. Not sure what's wrong...maybe my low-carb diet?
7/14 - 139.8 Hoping to stay under 140 by the end of this 10 days.

7/19 267.2 -- There we go. A nice, low sodium day yesterday. Let's see if I at least get back down to where I started out this 10-day period. It really does help to have the averages above for the previous weeks to look at and remind myself that the average this time will be lower. Progress is being made even if the daily fluctuations make it hard to see. Onward!

7/12:182-I had salty fish for dinner and have a yucky cold, so I did not exercise yesterday.
7/13: 180 - am feeling better; should be able to exercise today. Glad I am doing this!
7/14: 180 -ugh! I walked my butt off yesterday..will ride my bike today and walk. Had salty dinner again too.
7/15: 178 - scale finally moved after light dinner and plenty of exercise morning and night. Lots of water too.
7/16: 177-ate good and exercised.
7/17: 177-Bummer Dude! I was on a roll! Quilting retreat starts today; copious amounts of crap to eat..

7/12 - 218.2 lbs. Big drop last round. Should probably assess my intake if this doesn't slow down (although the drop is great...just fast).
7/13 - 217.2 lbs. NSV fit into my old running jacket that I haven't been able to fit in for a long time. It's tight but just 2 months ago I couldn't even zip it up so great moment.
7/14 - 218.4 lbs....Um what? Lovely water weight surprise (I guess). Ate instant potatoes again yesterday and had a root beer float just before bed. So probably the culprit?
7/15 -no scale. At bf and his scale has given me 5 different values ranging over 5 lbs. think it's safe to just skip weigh in today.
7/16 - 218.0 lbs. Well I'll take it. Ended up eating slightly over maintenance yesterday. Was inventory night at Costco (sooooo much counting and moving flatbeds) so they brought in pizza, cookies, candy, and pop for all of us. I sampled it all lol.
7/17 - 216.8 lbs. downward ho!
7/18 - 216 lbs. Almost at my goal for this round but heading to the Taste of Edmonton (copious amounts of sample size food from dozens of restaurants around town in one small little area= food coma) on the 20th so need to concentrate pretty hard to keep this number steady.
7/19 - 215.2 lbs. Hit my goal for this round! Now lets see if I can keep it over the next 2 days. Ended up walking 21,000 steps yesterday (13.8 km) during work yesterday.

7/15 - 165.1 ... So I've badly burned the roof of my mouth with a hot hot cup of tea. It's so bad I can hardly swallow. So I haven't been eating much. But have enjoyed some ice cream!!!
7/16 - 165.8. Too much ice cream!
7/17 - 165.4 Had a lovely hike with SO yesterday. The roof of my mouth is still very sore, hoping that in the next couple of days I can eat a decent meal! Enjoying the ice cream and yogurt though.
7/18 - 165 Fairly stable. Looks like a big jump at the start but I was up a little previous weeks. Hope to hit my steps today and am looking for a healthy BBQ grilled dinner.... Maybe grilled shrimp and veggies!!
7/19 - 165.1 Holding steady!! Hit 13,900 steps walked home from work and had a great dinner!! Walking home from work again today unless its way way too hot.

I've noticed that I will stay at the same weight for a few days, then go down more than a lb, then go up higher than where I was stuck and then back down a bit under where I was stuck and stay there a few days and start all over again. So I'm slowly losing weight in kind of a downward yo-yo pattern which seems frustrating some days until I look at the big picture.
