    Struggles: Jogs are very irregular. Need to follow a regular schedule.
    Successes: Stuck to my diet and maintained an active life style which make up for my irregular jogging schedule.

    Successes: Was running every day until I lost my phone (had to take a personal day). I ate okay.
    Struggles: Had a complete off the wall binge day just, due to emotional things. But I'm recovering. This week will be better.

    Successes / struggles The weight gain was a dissapointment. I let up a little on my calorie intake but my inntake output should still have given me aprox half a kg down.
    I would like to shalk it up to hormones but this is supposed to be the best day of the month to weigh for me.
    I ate some more than i planned over the weekend still logged everything. Trained little due to a stange work schedule. Dont really see any sucsesses this week.
    I try to seek comfort in the fact that last weeks weighing was unrealistic.
    Went to a nordic wildlife park with the kids.
    Food was a bit unstructured loads of roadside food

    This week has been the roughest. I have back tracked so bad. It's as if the food that i am missing out on is constantly on my mind. I once read that food is like breaking up with a boyfriend/girlfriend. So far i would say that this break up is pretty bad. lol I am determined to do better. I am making the decision to do this for my son. I owe him a healthy and active mother with a long life.

    Successes / struggles this week: Knee Surgery in 5 weeks. I have to stay focused on the goal (lose 10% of body weight by 8/25) so that i don't have to worry about weight post surgery. I'm trying to be alcohol free but so difficult when it's hot/humid and just want some 'bubbles'. I'm still somewhat fasting since i have to get physical to get 'clearance' for surgery next Thursday. i need to stay active (within reason) and drink lots of water. much harder to lose when we get older.

    Successes / struggles this week: Two weeks ago, I reduced my calories to 1400 (from 1600), and my body rebelled....weight loss stalled. I gave it a week. Then I raised it right back, and my body has responded. Lost 0.2 yesterday, and 0.6 today. I think I'm not gonna worry about the calories anymore, and continue to eat until I'm full. Being fat adapted is the best thing ever. Also I stopped IF and I didn't gain any weight back!!! That was a huge worry of mine, so I'm thrilled.

    NSV - Decided Sat to chop off my hair...like 5 inches off!!! and all week long I've been wearing a medium length bob with curls/waves...and I when I look in the mirror, I have caught myself telling myself that I am absolutely gorgeous! I have ALWAYS wanted curly hair...and even a perm didn't help lol. But for whatever reason my hair is acting differently this time. I refuse to admit that I'm getting older and that is the reason lol.

    Successes / struggles this week: Success - Went jogging for the first time in ~3 years. Was able to jog a whole mile without stopping to walk. Went on my longest bike ride so far this year (12 mi).

    Struggles - A lot of unplanned eating out due to last minute plans.

    I can't wait till I can jog for a whole mile! That is quite an accomplishment!!! Way to go!!!

    Uhg I'm only at 134 and it's the 21st. Struggles is basically that I keep splurging on stupid things like cookies and eating out with my hubby, where it's hard to log accurately. So annoying.
