    7/18 - 221.9 - Feeling like I have stuffed my face today and I still have 750 calories remaining for dinner. Not sure why but I did do something different today by snacking every 2 hours after a super light lunch at 12:30 so maybe that's why. Cherries at 2:00 and hummus and crackers at 3:30. Dinner will be at 7 when my daughter goes down...then more packing. Move is Monday!
    7/19 - 219.9...hmm...feel like I've been here before...
    7/20 - 221 - had sushi last night....why is it so delicious!!!??? Paying for it today...lots of water!
    7/21 - 221 - sadly, I was hoping to get back to my lowest of 219.8 for the final weigh-in but hey...at least I'm still under my starting weight for this round.

    Absolutely love this challenge and I look forward to next round! I will be on mobile for the duration of the next round with no computer access so I hope I can still find this thread! If you don't hear from me, you know I didn't!

    Thanks to everyone for the accountability and all the new MFP friends I have had the pleasure of supporting along this hectic journey! Here is to round 11! :)

    My goal this round is to focus on exercise. I wasn't as driven the last ten days and I think I can get back on track. Add some strength to my walks and jogs!

    7/12 246.0 Did not sleep well today and do not have plans to sleep well tomorrow. Oh no! Also, I cancelled my walk when work ran late. Ugh. Feels like a waste. Gonna get better!

    7/13 247.8 Walked 20k steps today! Went exploring the city with a friend! Ate horribly, but had so much fun!

    7/14 248.2 So tired from sleeping in 2 hour increments. I hate when that happens. I don't feel rested, but back to work.

    7/15 247.6 Did 2 miles this morning and Pandora Ch. 14 this afternoon. Forgot to stretch. Oh well.

    7/16 246.2 Been eating well and ran this morning. I felt really good. Remembered to stretch this time.

    7/17 244.6 Now we're talking! I've been working out every morning and adding strength each afternoon. 2 miles today. I'm holding steady at a 13 minute pace!

    7/18 245 Happy birthday to me! Go nuts!

    7/19 Woke up with crippling back pain. Could not stand up right enough for a scale.

    7/20 Back pain still! This is very wearing. Not eating well, because I can't stand long enough to cook.

    7/21 250 and I don't even care right now. Day 3 of back pain. Seeing a doctor today.

    07/20--229.7 Normal fluctuation. Hoping to stay under 230.
    07/21-- 230.3 Don't know what happened, but I did wake up today really sore. I am happy that I at least stayed the same for this round and I did lose inches as well, so I happy for that.

    7/13 132.4 lbs. I've noticed that I will stay at the same weight for a few days, then go down more than a lb, then go up higher than where I was stuck and then back down a bit under where I was stuck and stay there a few days and start all over again. So I'm slowly losing weight in kind of a downward yo-yo pattern which seems frustrating some days until I look at the big picture.

    7/12: 196.2 kinda knew it would go up a little. I ate late and fell asleep within a half hour of my last bite of food. Not my usual practice and not something I want to make a habit. Still happy to be off the 97 lol

    7/13: 197.8 dang it dang it dang it. Had a little bbq last night, but didn't eat only a little lol. Add on the fact that my morning routine was messed up and today wasn't great, but I hit up the vegetables hard today and stayed on goal, so hopefully the scale will show it.

    7/14: 197.2 that's better. went for a walk and did some zumba, so today was alright.

    7/15: 197.0 woot woot! had some bbq today but I got a good walk in and stayed within my calories.

    7/16: 197.8

    7/17: 197.4 okay that's a bit better. I'm going to be working more so if I stay consistent with my food (no more Popeye's Chicken), then I think I'll be able to get back on track for this round. Also, side note, not only did my weight go up, but I totally broke out after eating that delicious but super greasy chicken. I'll be staying away from now on.

    7/18: 196.2 woot woot! Going back down. Did about 4 miles of walking yesterday, and on pace for that amount today as well. Let's finish out these last few days strong!

    7/19: 195.8 alright! Almost back where I started for this week. I doubt I'll be able to make my goal of 193 in the next two days, so I want to make a new goal for myself. I want to maintain my focus over the weekend so that all my hard work doesn't go to waste in the next round.

    7/20: 194.8 Had to weigh myself twice. I have no clue why it's coming down so fast but I'll take it. Been walking alot more and eating my bmr or close to it for the last few days. Have a super early start tomorrow so I'm expecting my weight to be back up.

    7/21: 195 figured it would go up a little, but I'm really satisfied with this round. No I didn't make my original goal, but I hit my stride and didn't get distracted. On to round 11!☺

    7/21 250 and I don't even care right now. Day 3 of back pain. Seeing a doctor today.

    The back pain will be causing water retention that will be the cause of the gain you have had, its false and will drop when your back feels better. .. I hope the doc can prescribe something to help .. back pain is so debilitating .. best of luck @curious_kiris

    This is my second round and I’m so excited to start. I lost 3.2 pounds in round 10. I’m going to try for 3 pounds again. I am a serial weigher, so this helps me see the overall picture.

    7/12 - 132.8 I am thrilled! I was very conscious about how much I ate more than what I ate while I was away. Walked a heap checking things out. And worked out 3 out of 4 days I was away. I hope this is going to stick! I was in that direction before I went out to Happy Hour on 7/7 and weighed in on 7/8. Keep on keeping on :)
    7/13 - 132.4 definitely moving in the right direction. Now comes a new challenge. I had a minor procedure today and no exercise for 10-14 days. If I can maintain throughout this challenge, I will be quite happy.
    7/14 - 132.4 staying steady. No exercise for awhile. Mindful eating. Eating is 75% of the battle (so the research shows). I will keep logging. Happy Friday everyone.
    7/15 - 133 I hate not being able to exercise! Maybe another 8 days. Continue to be mindful about eating
    7/16 - 132.4 steady :)
    7/17 - 132.4 This is not easy without exercise. Hopefully, a week from today i can start back!
    7/18 - 132 I have not seen that number in many, many years. Amazing!
    7/19 - 132.2 I did not even realize I was at my goal yesterday because I am so fixated on not gaining because I can't exercise. So upward and onward to my ultimate goal, which I prob will change in the next round to 129. I know it's only 1 pound, but it gets harder the closer you get. And I have not been in the 120's since I was a much younger woman. We will see if it is attainable.
    7/20 - 132.8 boo! Had Chinese food last night, probobly didn't help. And now I am going away for the weekend and no scale. I was so hoping to be in the low 132's. I just have to keep working at it, with no exercise maybe for another week. Disappointing
    7/21 - no scale. On vacation at the beach. Hope I can stay on track. Still no exercise.

    This is my first round, Hoping for 2 pounds in 10 days. I was doing good on OMAD, then was a little derailed from a 2 week Disney trip. I'm back on OMAD now, so let's see how I do!

    UGW: 140-seems to be within reach, starting to get the hang of this eating healthy. Found that dieting is not my thing can't stick to it but tracking seems to work better for me. I can enjoy all the foods I like just in moderation then I don't feel guilty.


    7/12- 161.0
    7/13- 160.4 if I reach the 150s and can stay there til the end of the round I'm going to be so excited. Managed to ditch the 180s, 170s, and soon 160s.
    7/14- 161.6 the weekend started at the end of TOM
    7/15- 160.0
    7/16- 159.6 hopefully I can maintain til the end of the round
    7/17-159.8 Im still wondering if my scale is wrong and finally decided to be my lil liar that I have wished for lol
