Add about 100 a week until you notice weight gain. I'm assuming you are doing maintenance, so you don't want to up it all at once any ways.0 -

I put myself into such a deficit during weight loss and not changing my food intake with the changes in activity and fat lose that I have been escentially starving myself without being hungry for the last few months. 2 hours of workouts a day (sometimes more) between HIIT classes, cardio and lifting expending approx 1000 cal on a slow day with a basal rate of 1400 ... long and short if I want to body build and gain muscle I need to put something in to build with Now to play with foods to chew less and calorie up !0 -
