    Current weight: 142.20 (64.5 kilos)
    Goal weight for R12: 140 (63.5 kilos)
    Ultimate goal weight: 128 (58 kilos)

    8/2 143.08 I guess it is time for me to pay for my weekend break (and crisps, and meat, and desserts). It was worth it though.

    8/1 174 Went run/walking with my dog this morning. I used to run a lot more but am currently recovering from a bad case of plantar fasciitis. I am doing the couch to 10K app and I am on week 4. Small victories!

    8/1 134.0 I ate so much food today. I want to see that number drop but I was starving.
    8/2 135.0 sigh. My little experiment with cico and eating whatever I want but measuring meticulously seems to not be working. Back to the healthy eats...

    8/1-140.4.-surprised by this- didn't workout yesterday or drink enough water. Only at 1250 cals but REALLY random things. Pepperoni and Halo Top ice cream anyone? No I'm not pregnant, ha!
    8/2-142.6- unlimited Mexican food is no bueno! I salted the basket of chips people! (So I guess that's what I get.)

    8/2: 144.7 Food choices were mostly good ystrdy but supper definitely had way too much salt.
