8/1 - 139.0 Great way to start! Protein & fiber drink for breakfast. Salad for lunch. Protein/fiber drink for a snack and fresh caught rock cod & salad for dinner. Plus drank more water than normal.
8/2 - 138.6 Met my fat/protein/carb goals and stayed within calories. Tried to drink more water than normal.6 -

Starting MFP today (and dropping my WW membership, which I have not made sufficient use of) because my first goal is just to be consistent with tracking and I might was well use a free app until I can make tracking a habit!
Highest weight: 195ish

8/2 193 - my scale only measures by half pounds, so no change! I guess that's good since, despite my healthy eating during the day yesterday (even a salad without dressing - just a little bit of the Good Seasonings dry powder on for flavor) I had mexican food with friends for dinner. I have to go back now and track that, because it's meals like that (that I haven't prepared myself) that I find difficult to track.

8/1: 192.2 which is 10lbs lost since my first round!! It's my off day, so (even before I weighed in) I decided to do a mini fast for the day. No meat, no grain. Just veggies/fruit and liquid. I've been feeling heavy, even though I'm losing weight, so hopefully this will help.
8/2: 191.4 yay my plan worked. I feel better/lighter and the scale backed me up lol but its back to my regular routine at work today. Hoping to sustain this progress although I predict a spike tomorrow.

8/1 143.3 Exercised and stayed under calorie goal yesterday. Beach day today. Need to plan ahead for dinner out.
8/2 143.3 2.5 hour walk on beach: stayed under calories if "walking brisk" exercise calories used calculation was accurate for my walk on uneven, soft sand at Crystal Cove State Beach. For anyone in Southern California, this was a fantastic, beautiful walk!

8/1 174 Went run/walking with my dog this morning. I used to run a lot more but am currently recovering from a bad case of plantar fasciitis. I am doing the couch to 10K app and I am on week 4. Small victories!
