Day 3 and 4 done. The very busy previous weekend is hitting home and I'm pretty sure these squats kicking in are adding a bit on top too, haha. Just in time for a long weekend and a festival to walk around. Will still get the dailies done, even if I have to get the kids to do 'em with me while waiting for the parade.4

Please allow me a moment of nostalgia. Last August, I joined this challenge that was then moderated by @BABetter1. I'm moving into one full year of these exercises. Some months I was in beast-mode, others I was too sick to do anything, but I'm still here . . . and YOU'RE HERE. This is truly emotional for me. After spending the last 10+ years yo-yoing & wreaking havoc on my body, mind & spirit, I made a decision last year. I started 2016 at 233 pounds. I was 46, 5' 4" and miserable. I hit ONEderland on September 15, 2016 & promised myself I will never leave. On July 20, 2017 I hit my second goal of 160 by weighing-in at 159.6.

Now, enough of that . . .
Summer is winding down & we're headed into fall which takes us stomach-first into the holidays. August, September, October . . . three months & then it's Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's! Your reminder of goals & how this works:
.5 pounds/week = a 2 pound loss/month
1 pound/week = a 4 pound loss/month
1.5 pounds/week = a 6 pound loss/month
2 pounds/week = 8 pounds gone bye, bye!
So, that translates into you losing 6 to 24 pounds by Halloween.

Okay, I am totally new at this. How are you guys adding squats to your diary? I don't see it under cardio or strength, so I assume you are adding it as a custom exercise, right?
