    Day 3 and 4 done. The very busy previous weekend is hitting home and I'm pretty sure these squats kicking in are adding a bit on top too, haha. Just in time for a long weekend and a festival to walk around. Will still get the dailies done, even if I have to get the kids to do 'em with me while waiting for the parade.

    Day 4 50 crunches done!
    My son is still hanging w me, but his amusement is wearing out.
    Tomorrow is an absolute total rest day for me--zero, zilch, nada, nothing! See you on Sunday

    .5 pounds/week = a 2 pound loss/month
    1 pound/week = a 4 pound loss/month
    1.5 pounds/week = a 6 pound loss/month
    2 pounds/week = 8 pounds gone bye, bye!


    So, that translates into you losing 6 to 24 pounds by Halloween.

    What are you going to do?

    How bad do you want it?

    Okay, I am totally new at this. How are you guys adding squats to your diary? I don't see it under cardio or strength, so I assume you are adding it as a custom exercise, right?
