    Okay, I am totally new at this. How are you guys adding squats to your diary? I don't see it under cardio or strength, so I assume you are adding it as a custom exercise, right?

    Yikes! Missed your post . . . I'm sure many MFP friends have different methods, but I time my exercises & post them as "calisthenics" or "circuit training".

    Day 7 & 8 squats and crunches done. Still struggling even though I am doing in stages. It doesn't seem to me getting any easier for me

    Was feeling a lot better this morning thanks to lots of rest and light cardio late last night. Days 6+7 done will get day 8 done tonight when I get home from work

    This is as well how I added any strength training or mixed cardio/str before I got a fitbit. The strength section is more meant for keeping track of your reps/weights and not for tracking calories burned.

    m.newhealthadvisor.com---- this may help you. That's what I did to figure out my caleries burned for squats.
