Yikes! Missed your post . . . I'm sure many MFP friends have different methods, but I time my exercises & post them as "calisthenics" or "circuit training".

This is as well how I added any strength training or mixed cardio/str before I got a fitbit. The strength section is more meant for keeping track of your reps/weights and not for tracking calories burned.2 -
