8/11: 155.2 I ate too much sodium yesterday. I can feel it in my hands and feet. It hasn't affected my weight yet, but it may not show on the scale until tomorrow. All I can do is keep hydrated today.

Oh, I like this idea! I'm in - and brand new! First round for me in R13!
I've been fluctuating all week between 217-220 but have been running for the past month and a half training for my 5k tomorrow, I stepped on the scale this morning and WHOOSH.

8/11 - 167.6 Ate my weight in chocolate yesterday and SO leaves for work for at least 21 days. Back on track for me these 10 days.... Bring it!!

I'd like to lose 2 more pounds this round.
8/11: 171.4 Yesterday was a food day. A "gourmet" doughnut and latte for breakfast and a company picnic (did pretty well; kept it light). Had a good step day: 16,000!

I'll give this a try. I've been debating about weighing every day and this will give me a nice place to start and see how I feel about it.
SW: 249 (March 2017); CW: 232.4 (although my official weigh in on Monday was 231.8); GW: no idea yet but for this round I'd say 230.

This is my first time doing a daily weigh in challenge. I weigh myself daily and the ups and down don't bother me like they used too so I'll give this a shot. I'm Lonni and I'm a stay at home mother of two and I'm trying to lose baby weight plus lazy weight!
SW 3/09/17: 256 lbs
CW: 218.2
UGW: 140 lbs

8/11: 219 - I weighed a little less yesterday but not much. I was under my calories, rode my stationary bike, and took a walk so I'm guessing just water. I have to remember to drink more. I have been craving doughnuts all morning because I've been watching Twin Peaks.

I had a big loss last round so not expecting much of a loss for this round, but we will see. My goals for this round are to make sure I stay hydrated and, since there are two weekends in this round, to work on being more mindful of my eating on the weekends.

I learn from our mistakes, am saddened by our setbacks and look forward to your victories possibly even more than my own. Third round for me. Checking in each day and seeing everyone's progress is a great help.
SW: 208 (as of July 13)
R11: 203.6-201.0
R12: 201.2-197.6
Goal for this round: work on strength training. If I happened also to get to 195, I wouldn't complain.
