@vegmebuff Haha, it was great! Yes, all the food was included. We did dine out one night at a restaurant that had a 'cover charge'- basically you pay a fee, but can eat as much/whatever you want off the menu. I had mild gastroenteritis briefly during my trip, so I definitely did not gain as much weight as I could have! 7 night cruise with an additional two days in Anchorage and Seattle and I only gained 1.5 lbs. Lost quite a bit of water weight during my trip. Still had an amazing time, though, and would do it all over again.0 -

Pleasantly surprised by how good this mug cake was. Moist, fluffy and tasty I had already started nibbling before snapping a pic, but the top was otherwise smooth.

LOL you are not alone---(singing of course) This was my snack today, breakfast was thin sliced smoked chicken sandwich meat on wheat with mustard eaten on a paper plate at my desk and lunch will be a pre-made Cesar Salad from Walmart ugh. But I do love looking at everyone else's food!!!

Following a Keto diet, this is a Caesar salad I hand chopped, a high quality Caesar dressing, roasted chicken, and parmesan crisps to replace the croutons for that crunch and a WHOLE lot more flavor.0 -

@crazyravr - Awesome...I put it into the recipe section and the macros are still pretty good! I even had it serve 12 - instead of your smaller serving sizes (it looks like around 18 or 20?) and it came in @ about 130 cal's - 12 grams of protein - 21 carbs and 7 grams of sugar.
Thanks so much1 -

It was around 20 pieces. But if you have two of the 20 pieces, you think you are eating more than if you had one piece of 10 servings lol
I like how you think lol!0 -
