July 8th: 162 (wow, I can do this as a gift for my B-day)
July 15th: 162 (no change, but still strong)
July 22nd: 162 (no change, I want some change for my b-day)
July 29th: 162 (not what I wanted, but at least something)

I've been messing up really bad lately!:embarassed: I'm not going to reach my goal for the 1st time. :grumble: I will weigh in on the 1st and hope for the best.

Sorry Folks,
Having my daughter and her family over from Oman has proved too much temptation as my wife has cooked even more nice Chinese meals, we have had Pizza Hut parties and Fish & Chip suppers. Even though I have been doing my power walks I have not burnt off enough calories? Bah Humbug :mad:

Concerned that August may not be a good month as I am off on holiday 6th for 2 weeks in France with caravan with lots of BBQ's and then birthday and then away with family for weekend in Lakes back end? :ohwell:0
