08/11-- 242.5 had a huge meal late at night
08/12-- 243.6 bad day yesterday...well today is a new day so lets get back to it
08/13-- 243.6 well at least i didnt go up...
08/14-- 243.6 ok gotta take control again
08/15-- 242.8 ok it went down...lets try not snacking in the evening
08/16-- 242.5 ok back to starting point....lets stop the snacks in the evening

I'm in again. I am so, so very happy to start round 13 too! I did it peeps. As of this morning, I have hit my 20lb mark! I've lost all the weight my doctor told me to lose. However, I know it's still not my ideal weight by any means, so I'm going to keep pushing on.
CW: 182 lbs
GW: 180 lbs
UGW: 125 lbs
08/11: 182...Woo hoo!!!! I'm doing a happy dance!
08/12: 180.8...completely shocked by this #. It's such a big drop all at once, so I'm expecting it will more than likely go up tomorrow. I put in a lot of steps between housework and grocery shopping.
08/13: 180.4 lbs...still shocked over seeing this number, and it is working on creeping down still. I biked 6 miles yesterday. If I get in the 170s at all, this will be the first time since 2004 that I've seen it. After the birth of my first child, 3 years of depo were not good for me. So, I packed on 80 lbs. Idk what I'll do WHEN I see that number again.
8/14: 180.2 lbs...remaining steady now that I had the big WHOOSH. I had a harder time getting 48 oz. of water in yesterday. I didn't "exercise," but I did imo. I rearranged furniture in two rooms, and I swept my car and cleaned out the interior. I have 5 kids that ride in it, so that was a major undertaking.
8/15: 181 lbs...I was expecting a gain to happen, and it did. In a way, I am bummed because I really want to see that #7. In a way, I'm not because I was anticipating it, and it's still close. I stayed within my calories, drank 48 oz of water, and had a 10-hour work day. I did end up having to eat around 7:30 because of that, and I'm not supposed to eat after 6. I think that could have contributed. On to tomorrow...
8/16: 181.2 lbs...Okay, I'm going to be honest here...that sudden weight loss was unexpected, but I am starting to get bummed by the fact that it's still creeping up. I decreased my calories a bit to get the # back down the last few days, and it hasn't worked. I refuse to go any lower than I have. Maybe soon it'll start creeping down again.
I almost reached my goal for steps yesterday too. Water was once again a struggle for me. I need to step it up.

@nikki062181 Don't worry. There's no way you've put on a pound of fat. That's more likely a combination of a natural peak in water retention and additional bodyweight from food passing through your body.
EDIT: if you had gone straight from 182 to 181.2 you'd have been pleased and not bummed at all. Don't compare a tiny rise with the HUMUNGOUS dip that preceded it- comparison really is the thief of joy. If you're going to compare, look at your starting weight!

8/16 182.2- I seriously have no idea what is happening here. Been meeting my calorie goals. Worked out yesterday. Maybe it's hormonal? Sleep has also been terrible as my kids have been waking up a lot.

8/11: 198.4 – up a few pounds. Went out last night.
8/12: 198 – So annoyed that I was 195.6 two days ago and now I feel like I’m starting last week all over just because of one night. And I worked sooooo hard.
8/13: 197.2 – Felt like giving up yesterday, so I went to the store and bought a bunch of fruit and food for low cal meals and went for a walk and now I’m re-energized. Thank goodness I didn’t give in. This has to be permanent this time.
8/14: 197 – great day all around yesterday.
8/15: 196.6 – Happy to see the numbers continue to go down.

Nikki, it's not creeping up, it's lower that the weight you started this round. It's normal body fluctuations. Stop letting negative thoughts creep in. Okay, I'm done... drink your water girlfriend!

8/11 - 193.6 they should have a happy dance emoji!
8/12 - 193.4
8/13 - 193.8 another day under calories but felt like I was cheating for some reason, I think it's because I was eating the same as the family and not modifying it for myself except for measuring portions.
8/14 - 193.4 had my big drop so I suspect I'm going to stay around this number for a while. Be nice to see 192 before the challenge ends
8/15 - 193.4
8/16 - 193.4 look at me, Ms. Consistency! Waiting patiently for the whoosh...

Round 12 (My round 1) was a great round for me garnering a 9 pound loss. Most of that was the loss of weight gained during vacation so I am not expecting those kinds of results for this round.
For this round I will set my goal to 156 pounds.
10 August - 160.1 weight at the end of round 12 (my round 1) - So ready to break into the 150s
11 August - 159.2 OMAD + No Meat
12 August - 158.7 Today ended up being a splurge day so I am expecting a gain in the morning.
13 August - 159.5 As expected - Glad I stayed in the 150's - back on track today
14 August - 159.0
15 August - 160.8 Was hoping not to see the 160's but I know it is water weight and will be gone soon.

8/12 / 213.8 / ran my first 5k in 18 mo nailed my time ate a lot after! Lol
8/13 / 213.8 / stuck to my calories today for the most part. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow.
8/14 / 215.6 / what the heck... I did eat out for every meal yesterday so I know estimation was probably way off. I can only imagine this is water weight since I barely drank any yesterday. Good thing it's Monday and I have my 40ozer sitting at my desk waiting for me. Keeping my fingers crossed tomorrow or maybe wed I'll see a loss!

I always seem to stall at 180 and I my ultimate goal is 148.00

8/14 181.2 back to the starting weight... Went to Casino and had sub for lunch and dinner so that didn't help

You're right. It is lower. It's just that those 7s were so close. I'm being teased. Lol3 -

my start weight for this round is a new fluke (i think) low, SO I don't expect to get any lower this round

10/8- 195.4 - <<< yay!!! .... muscles screaming in agony This is a new low
11/8 - 196.8 - I expected this ^^^ that was a big drop ^^^ possible dehydrated -- THIS is still a drop from the day before! sore muscles, cals are low by average, Rest day drank my 2L water
12/8 - 198.8 - strained a muscle, in my shoulder and calf, so I am assuming this is water retention just NO HIGHER
13/8 - 198 - muscles feeling a bit better, calf completely pain free today, shoulder still niggling 25 miles NO water
14/8 - 200.2 - WTH - I know its not "real" but *sigh* ---- Rest - feeling ill and bloated NO water
15/8 - 200.2 - still ill bloated and no water,
16/8 - 200.2 - NOT the number I wanted to stick at - how absolutely disheartening is this!!! went back to bed this morning in the hopes of waking up to a different number .. but NOPE the scales are hating me right now TRUST IN THE PROCESS - calories are fine but getting water down me is impossible, I can't stand the taste at the best of times, let alone when I am feeling ill.
