    Don't worry about dietary cholesterol unless you have a specific reason to do so. The link between dietary cholesterol and serum cholesterol has been found to be minimal except for people who have been identified as "responders." Here's a good article on the topic.

    Round 13: (Round 6 for me. Female/aged 71, weight in lbs)
    SW: 227; Lowest weight 7 Aug 2017: 161.4; Final goal weight: 147
    Round 8: lowest, 162.0; highest, 169.0; mean, 165.5 (5 day holiday created overage)
    Round 9: lowest, 164.8; highest, 169.0; mean, 166.8
    Round 10: lowest, 166.0; highest, 168.0; mean 167.7 (166 on 4 days! I know I can improve on that!)
    Round 11: lowest, 164; highest, 166.8; mean, 165.5 (-2.6 this round)
    Round 12: lowest, 161.4; highest, 164.4; mean, 162.6
    Daily Goals: pre-log/follow through; balance macros/micros; hydrate; 15+ strength ; 15+ flex ; 6,500+ steps ; close kitchen at 8pm!
    Target weight: 160
    10/8/2017: 161.8 (1.2 under Round 13 target of 163)
    11/8/2017: 161.2. Very happy with this. Had some unplanned chocolate, but stayed under calories and met my other goals.
    12/8/2017: 161.8. Oops! Finished the chocolate. Still under goal. Cause and effect.
    13/8/2017: 161.8 Goals ✅
    14/8/2017: 161.6 Goals ✅ Surprised at this as I had buns at my daughter's yesterday afternoon. But I had lots of exercise calories, too!
    15/8/2017: 160.2 :love: another steady sustainable drop. Goals ✅ Did an extra 30 minute HIIT session yesterday morning. It felt good.
    16/8/2017: 160 :love: I was expecting a bounce after the drop yesterday. Goals ✅ Another HIIT session done. Up to 10381 daily steps.
