21lbs in the first 3 months.
another 17lbs in the following 5 months. It slows, but I have been more focused on my fitness going sky high19 -

Started at the beginning of June and As of yesterday I'm down 18lbs.9

First 6 months of exercise I lost 65 pounds. That's was way too much though. Living healthy after gaining back 15-20.6

The last 3 months resulted in 3.5 kilos lost (almost 8 pounds), but it was expected because I wasn't in the mood to cut my calories too strictly and I'm not in a hurry.8
