Sorry I meant to put the first 3 months, but congrats on the lost! Any pounds lost in 3 months is better than none or gaining.4 -
This is good stuff! Great job to everyone who is doing it! I started July 13 and have lost 19 lbs so far...looking to lose somewhere around 80-100 so i'm about 20-25% of the way there i guess...11

I started weighing daily on June 12, so it's almost been 3 months, and I'm down 15.2lb. Hopefully I'll be down 16lb once I hit that 3 month mark.7

Last 2 months I'm down 22lbs. Another 23 to go before I can start a bulk phase. Being 41 I thought it would be harder to lose weight. Not true at all. Just make it happen9

I lost about 25-30 lbs the first 3 months and had 150 lose. The last 3 months I lost about 5-10 lbs.
This is fine to ask from curiosity, but do not compare yourself to these numbers. Someone with 100-200 lbs to lose will likely lose alot more in the first 3 months than someone with only 30 to lose. This is because with a large amount to lose, you might lose 2-3 lbs per week the first month or two. But someone with 30 to lost should be losing .5-1 lb per week. Comparison is the thief of joy, from a wise MFP poster.

I had a 150 to lose...now I have about 120 to lose. But I totally agree. I have never lost over 30lbs in 3 months so I wanted to not only share my success but give others a chance to share their success in 3 months as well.2 -
