I was expecting a loss when I step on the WW scale and was surprised and disappointed that the scale did not move.
Next weeks challenge: To not let myself get down but continue on with the program.
I have two WIs left in Aug. I was hoping to get to 201 in Aug. I know if I keep doing what I have been I WILL get there just probably not in August.
Hey Jim maybe try mixing things up a bit, I did a couple of weeks where I exercised for 30 minutes before breakfast, at the moment I'm doing fruit only breakfasts, not sure but I think it keeps the body guessing. I'd hit a plateau for about 4 weeks but this last few weeks have been good. Keep up the good work it'll all pay off in the end.2 -

Weekly update
I was out of town and unable to weigh for the last four days. I'll have a Monday check in next week.
Solar Eclipse!!! was awesome. Worth all my trouble. I almost did not make it. We were at our location on Saturday, but then had to make an emergency trip home for animal welfare on Saturday night. Sunday night we were able to drive back up to SC, then Monday night we had to return home (a day early). In 72 hours 2025 miles, 1500+ of which were done between 11pm and 7 am. I would do it again in an instant.

This week's successes: Tweaked my WW eating plan a bit to eat more of my weekly Smart Points early in the week. I ate a bag of trail mix on Sunday!
Next weeks challenge: Decide whether to try the changes again or go back to old routine. Either way I will be trying to lose a pound next week.7 -

This week's challenges and successes: Stayed within my calorie limits moist days. I was over a couple of days but I balanced them with extra time on the treadmill. My challenge this week has been peanut butter.
I went paddle boarding this week. I bought the board 5 years ago but had so much trouble just getting on it that I quit and never tried again. I was ready to give it away. Now I can easily get on, even in deep water, stand up and paddle for long periods. Loving all the new activities.

This weeks successes: Chipping away. Slowly came to realise that my 6 week rolling shift work means I cannot weigh myself every Saturday and expect to have a consistent weight loss
This week's challenges: As above, I think I will weigh myself daily and use the average, as the gap between weigh in days would be too wide. Will see where that takes me6 -

Last week's success: gave up alcohol. It is my enemy for losing weight. In fact it makes me gain.
This week's challenges: the upcoming holiday weekend and not letting grief sabotage me. Will work on developing a balance between fun and projects to do.

Take a deep breath and get things back in order. I have a bit of bloat as part of my weight gain, but I'm not kidding myself - I have a real gain over the last two weeks also. need to organzie my menus and not let this spiral out of control. Break is over.

CICO is Calories In Calories Out.
You WILL lose weight if your calories in are less than your calories out. The challenge is getting the right numbers for both CI & CO.0 -
