26lbs from 225 down to 199lbs. goaling for 185lb - 190lb range.

I lost about 25-30 lbs the first 3 months and had 150 lose. The last 3 months I lost about 5-10 lbs.
This is fine to ask from curiosity, but do not compare yourself to these numbers. Someone with 100-200 lbs to lose will likely lose alot more in the first 3 months than someone with only 30 to lose. This is because with a large amount to lose, you might lose 2-3 lbs per week the first month or two. But someone with 30 to lost should be losing .5-1 lb per week. Comparison is the thief of joy, from a wise MFP poster.

80 lbs in 12 months to reach goal, with weekly loss gradually decreasing, and since then have maintained goal for 16 months. 873 days straight logging.

Sept 7th is the 3-month anniversary of when I started tracking my weight and being strict on my diet.
As of Saturday I was down 19.6 LBS from 272.7 to 253.1.
I'm hoping to log my first weight under 250 in over 3 years by the 7th. fingers crossed.8 -

I have lost 13lbs in 40 days. I have about 50 to lose,and then sime vanity lbs would be great. I had a goal of losing 20lbs by Christmas. I am happy with my losses8

In the first 3 months I lost 17 pounds (mid Nov to mid Feb).
Then stopped tracking for 3 months (mid Feb - mid May). Lost 4 pounds during that time.
Since mid May I went back to tracking and I've lost 21 pounds.
The three months of not tracking (a lapse in my commitment to weight loss) showed me that I could maintain a certain weight by just paying attention to what I eat...so hopefully when I go into maintenance, after tracking for a few months, I can eat intuitively.5 -
