24 Hours of Exercise per Month Challenge - SEPTEMBER 2017

Here's the 24 hour challenge thread for SEPTEMBER. Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of exercise during the month.(MORE IS GREAT) Any type of activity that you would log in your exercise diary counts (both cardio and strength training) ~ walking, running, paddling, biking, swimming, gardening, weight training, dancing, HIIT, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, circuit training, stretching, etc. You get the idea.
For you BEASTS out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal.
And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining half way through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

I'm in again for this month, but since I'll be going back to work in September, I'm going to lower my goal to 25 hours of exercise for the month.1

I'm planning on doing 35 hours of exercise. Mainly, it'll be cycling, circuit training, and walking.2

Fan Expo today. First I walked downtown, (2.5 hours), then I had to do a bit more walking when leaving to get to the subway and then home from subway (another 40 minutes) and we're walking to friends for dinner tonight (40 minutes round trip) So... yeah. I'm starting out the month with 230 minutes of walking.
I know I'm a beast about this, but... dannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng!2 -

First weekend of spring. Bit of a bicycle ride on Saturday.
We had everything out there ... cloud, lots of cloud, a few rays of sun, wind, rain ...
This was a 'route checking' ride for an event we're hosting at the end of October. There will be a few changes ... but this is why we like to ride these things in advance.

Count me in for this challenge! Glad to see this one.
I don't have any equipments with me and it's not like I can openly jog around the community here (I live in the Middle East). All I have here is the 5-storey building where I work and live, and also my good old laptop with a quite decent internet connection, so either do brisk climb the stairs up and down or do zumba.
