    I'm in. Today's weight 228 with an ultimate goal weight of 190 pounds. I am looking for September to be the month I reach A1C goal of less than 5.7 and waist measurement of 36 inches.

    I'd like to get in on this too! I'm currently doing the Quick Weight Loss program because I need the structure of following a precise list of foods to eat. The program's goal is to lose 3lbs. per week, but my personal goal is to lose 10 lbs per month. I have to show the nutrition counselor my food diary a couple of times a week and MFP is a great way to keep track. No need to scribble everything on a piece of paper, just pull it up on my phone or tablet for her review.

    I started the program in early June and so far have lost 23 lbs. I'm shy of my personal goal, but I'm not going to frown at having lost the weight I have so far. This challenge will give me another means of staying motivated. I'll log after my twice a week weigh ins.

    I know im a bit late to the show but i finishing my cut as well and would like to take this on for extra umpf
    so far in the last three months ive dropped 25ish lbs give or take some fluctuations.

    146.5 now
    Goal end of month: 136-140
    Ultimate goal: 130-135. Not far to go!!!

    More importantly I want to continue to lower my a1c. Type 2 diabetic, almost my 1 year "dia-versary." Goal for my next test is 6 (most recently was 6.4). So gotta stick to the low carb and workout routine!

    My goal is more salads, exercise daily (gym for weights or walking), one cheat meal a week. Being more active. I want to end Sept in the 140s (high 140s but that's realistic. And never see 150s again.
