Thank you! I'm actually taking this seriously this time. Of course I'm scared to death of the actual turkey day. I'm normally the one making the food! Everyone is expecting all of the family traditional dishes.

But yes, that does sound like a challenge! Actually, thanksgiving is usually when I eat the least amount of food. Since I'm vegan, no one ever prepares anything I can eat! But I turn 30 in January, and I would really like to enter my 30s in maintenance mode instead of still trying to lose! I'm hoping this challenge will really help.

I'm in 5"11 male started in feb started at 250 got down to 210 hit few plateaus but trying to get to 190 sounds like a good challenge might get me out my slump0

Have about 30 lbs to lose. Which I think should be doable by thanksgiving hopefully!
I lost these 30 lbs about 6 years ago but slowly gained it all back sadly.

78 Days till Turkey Day – 219.4 first time below 220 in months. Yesterday was my second week at I/F, I’m choosing Tuesday as my I/F day. I think I will change it up a little…. Next Monday… I’ll eat diner no later than 7:00pm, and not eat again till Tuesday sundown. No exercise today as worked last night part time job.

Calorie intake will be 1200-1300 per day. Cardio 30 mins+ Tracy Anderson Fitness Routine 30 mins.

I’m choosing Tuesday as my I/F day. I think I will change it up a little…. Next Monday…Sadly no exercise today as I had to be at work at 6am this morning. But I do have to mow grass tonight after work, so that will burn some calories.

I Started at 151 lbs in August. Lost a 2 pounds only, and now i'm stuck
I was in a similar situation about a month ago -- good calorie intake and exercise, but the scale wouldn't move!
For me, I cut starches (rice, potatoes, bread, pasta) and increased vegetable intake. I've been losing 2lbs a week steadily since again. Something like this could work for you to?0 -
I am in but joining late. My goal is to lose 15-20 lbs by Thanksgiving... I am a 32 year old mom of 4 with a hubby who is gone for work a month at a time so always made the excuse not enough time. Well school just started back up and I am going to do it this time. I. 5'7" and 290lbs hoping to hit 270-275 by Thanksgiving as that will put me back to my weight in highschool. Ultimate goal is 180.0

9 lbs down for this challenge! Just watching my calories... nothing fancy. I walk a mile or two every day and that's my only exercise. Just proof that it doesn't take too much effort to make things happen! Keep up the great work, everyone!2 -
