    "First of all I have had a few people asking me if the Challenge is stopping. I had originally said that the challenge was for July. Well here was are at the end of July with some way still to go.

    I am more than happy to carry on running the game etc until everyone finishes.
    A few people have also asked if i will stop once the lead boat finishes. I think it only right and fair that I will make sure that ALL teams finish etc. that way I hope that the reams will get the sense of achievement . "

    Each week will have 3 TRIPLE DAYS and 1 REST DAY/ WATER DAY

    And its up to the teams/ skippers what days they pick for what, and make some team plans about when they want to use their triple days or use the water day

    water day will again be based on 10 miles per cup of water per team member to a max of 9 cups each ! "

    I'd say Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday for the triple days.

    But that is just because I am going to try out P90 and those are my cardio days. haha

    Tuesday, thursday, Saturday sounds goooooooooooooood to me

    today's calories are... 359. my exercise bike was broken. it took 2 hours to fix. do I get points for that? I sweated a lot.

    I m going to train or a 15 K and I plan to have 'long' runs on Sundays - 3m, 7m , 8m and 10k in the next 4 Sundays so I'd go for Sunday. For water days anything is fine with me since I usually drink a lot but I just don't log it properly - i ll do it better from now on.

    I've decided on Tues, Thurs and Sat as suggested. Sorry Colfiii but I'm also at a gig (Morrissey! <3 ) so it wont be a big burn day for me. Hope that's ok for you; so don't forget, tomorrow is a triple point day. Wed will be a water (recovery) day.

    Since the challenge is continuing on past July, I should let you know that I'll be going on vacation starting this Thursday (8/4) through a week Monday (8/15).

    I'll definitely be getting in some exercise since I'll be camping and doing a lot of walking. But I'm not sure I'll be able to log very often. Will you be able to see updates if I do them from the app on my phone?

    You guys are so seriously rocking this thing! Way to go teammates! I'm still in "recovery" mode with my bum ankle after Sunday's race but I am hoping to get some walking in tonight. Won't be much but I want to be sure and contribute. Keep up the awesome work :-)
