And when you rip them off or get blisters that pop you need to go to the pharmacy and buy a gum gel called afta med. Apply it to the blister/wound every 2-3hours and put a band aid over them. Don't let it dry out or you won't be able to lift tomorrow or wash your hands without pain that's worse then childbirth!!
