    Here's my info for this week:

    Goal Weight for August 1st: 158
    July 1st (starting weight): 164
    July 8th: 162 (wow, I can do this as a gift for my B-day)
    July 15th: 162 (no change, but still strong)
    July 22nd: 162 (no change, I want some change for my b-day)
    July 29th: 162 (not what I wanted, but at least something)

    I've been messing up really bad lately!:embarassed: I'm not going to reach my goal for the 1st time. :grumble: I will weigh in on the 1st and hope for the best.

    Todays weight 235.4 yeah! don't think I will make goal but i had a 2 and a half week plateau so I am happy with what i have lost

    Plateau seems to be breaking although very, very slowly but at least it's breaking (((really weak yay))), 156.2:ohwell:

    Sorry Folks,

    Having my daughter and her family over from Oman has proved too much temptation as my wife has cooked even more nice Chinese meals, we have had Pizza Hut parties and Fish & Chip suppers. Even though I have been doing my power walks I have not burnt off enough calories? Bah Humbug :mad:

    Goal Weight for August 1st: 175 lbs
    July 1st (starting weight): 181.4 lbs
    July 8th: 183.6 plus 2.2 lbs
    July 15th: 182.0 down 1.6 lbs
    July 22nd: 180.0 down 2.0 lbs
    July 29th: 181.8
    August 1st: 184.0

    Concerned that August may not be a good month as I am off on holiday 6th for 2 weeks in France with caravan with lots of BBQ's and then birthday and then away with family for weekend in Lakes back end? :ohwell:
