    You should be able to see my stats as we go along as I fill out the spaces at the bottom of my signature.. will update starting weight tomorrow morning to be more exact but good placeholder for now.. I only do big workouts on the weekends so count me in the beginner group I guess. ;-)

    Hi my start weight today is 184.5lbs. I aim to get 2lbs off this week and I'm going to do it!

    It's a horrible day here in Scotland but i plan on walking with the pram for 5 miles anyway. I think I'll manage it. Good luck everyone.

    Starting Weight : 245.5
    I will do the intermediate 3.5 miles per day, at least until this hot weather passes.

    Can I join too?? I am new to fitness pal and was looking for a challenge for August. My starting weight is 150.4 and I want to do the intermediate.

    I was in but somehow you disappeared off my friends list.

    I'm still in - start weight at 233.....I better stick to intermediate level instead of advanced...lol

    We have 3 level of participation
    1. Beginners to walk / or run 2 miles a day for (3) a days a week
    2. Intermediate to walk/ or run 3.5 miles a day for (3) days a week
    3. Advance group to walk/or run 5 miles a day for (3) days a week
