    R13 SW - 71.2kg (157)
    R14 SW - 71.5kg (157.6)
    R15 SW - 72.2kg (159.2)
    R16 SW - 72kg (158.7)

    Goal - to get under 70kg and stay there instead of bouncing back over on the last day!!!

    9/10 - 72kg (158.7)

    9/11 - 72.2kg (159.2) - no explanation for this. Had a 500 cal and active rest day so just one of those things I guess.

    You're right - no explanation needed. It looks like the usual fluctuation that all our bodies do.

    I've been losing and gaining the same 3 lbs since March. 173 is my lowest, I just so want to see the 6's again.

    Trying again. I love the accountability, I'm just not following through. Losing focus with life, kids etc...
    I need some determination!!!

    9/10 ..............331 pounds. I woke up and after my daily routine I checked my weight. So I m going to weigh myself exactly at the same time everyday.
    9/11.......330.9 pounds. I dunno why I didn't lose any yesterday. I was hoping for atleast half the pound.

    Don't expect to lose every day. Water weight makes us go up and down but watch the overall trend. And don't get discouraged. You'll find a lot of insights as you participate in the challend and read the comments of others. I know I have.

    Don't let little daily fluctuations bug you. A variation like this is water weight. It may be the exercised muscles that are keeping the water. Look at the overall trend. If you eat at a deficit long term, your weight will go down long term.

    9/10 156 naked DH woke me by saying "hey, it's 8:25!" I wanted to be at WW by 9! Made coffee, dressed and dashed! 157 clothed @ Weight Watchers. Whoo hoo! 11.5# since my first post vacay check-in. I am super happy!!
    9/11 156.5 EPL Churro?? Dentist in an hour. UGH!
