    @Kimylara I wondered about the coffee but just read yesterday that that is not breaking the fast. I've been an Intermittent Faster for years and didn't even know it was a THING!

    9/11 - 227 - Using industrial skid scale at work until I find mine ;) Only when no one is looking of course. Also started my first day of couch to 5k this am - Feeling awesome!
    9/12 - 231 - I'm appalled with the scale. I got on twice just to make sure I was not crazy! Huge let down after a great second day of C25K. So frustrated right now.

    Round 16- Goal Weight 107.3 (average weight minus ~ 1/3 lb each round to lose 1 lb per month - in theory)

    9/10 106 lbs - this happens, a low that is temporary - sometimes I refer to this type of weight as "I was 106 for a minute".
    9/11 106.8 - hmmm . . . will update goal for this round to staying in the 6s.

    9/10 151 this morning. I'm carefully measuring everything and plan on doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred once I submit my grades.

    9/11 151.8 30 min eliptical - under calorie goals

    9/12 150.6 Back to School night, so I won't be able to get a workout in. Maybe a walk.
