On June 16 i was 160.6 lb and I'm now 135 lb.
Granted I popped a baby out of me and lost all the extra fluids... lol.
I once lost 20 lb in 4 months so 15 in 3 I guess.3 -
Only 10lbs in the last three months, I've lost 95lbs in the last 17 months and hit my original target in march of losing 6stone and then I set a second target to lose another stone! This has been the hardest but I've also not been so strict and done slowly x now I've got approx 5lbs left to go to get to 100lbs which would be 7stone 1lbs! Wish me luck!
Good luck to you to!4 -
23 pounds in 100 days.2

31 in the past 60 days or so, but I went through a traumatic event and lost my appetite. I also am highly overweight and have a lot to lose.3

I've lost 12 pounds in the last 11 weeks. 18 pounds to go to get to my goal weight.2

24 lbs in 3 months.1

250.8 to 229.8 (6/13/17-9/13/17)
21 lbs. That's 1.6 lbs/week BUT I was also in Mexico for 17 days where I didn't track.1 -
First three months I lost 22 pounds. I'm now at the six month mark and have lost just over 40. The process hasn't been steady - there have been maintenances and gains. But I've trusted in the process and overall it's working!4

I've lost 21.6 lbs. the last 3 months through upping my exercise slowly starting to clean up my food choices. The previous 3 months I lost 11.8 lbs. I was pretty proud and happy of both 3 month stretches from where I was at in the beginning. My diet is pretty good calorie count wise, but not the cleanest eating by any stretch. I'm now beginning a new 3 month phase where I start cleaning up my food choices even more. I'll see what the results turn out to be. I've attempted to slowly make changes in calories/amount of exercise/food choices so these changes and the weight loss lasts for a lifetime. I've still got 67 lbs. to go to reach my original goal.2

Today is exactly 30 days and I have lost 9 lbs. I started working out more (30-50 minutes of cardio and then weightlifting and stretching 4-5 times a week.) and log my food, but don’t have a scale. My goal was to go from 200 to 175, which I haven’t weighed in years..2

About 50lbs is what I did in around 3 months.0

In the first 3 months on here I lost >30lb, but was 290lb and had a lot to lose. In the last 3 months I've lost 12lb, but have been in maintenance for the last month, so I lost that 12lb in 2 months, faster than I'd planned but not ridiculously fast as I got to target weight about 3 weeks earlier than planned.0

I started at 310 on July 23 and as of yesterday I lost 56 pounds in those two months.3

6 pounds :P I did lose 8 pounds since end of June but put 4 back on in August because of birthdays, weddings, holidays away etc and now slowly losing those again lol.
To be fair my loss averages out at half a pound a week because I can't maintain a large deficit without cracking and giving up, would love to lose quicker though just so I can get to maintenance sooner and have different goals.
5'5" 135.5 pounds at the mo, got down to 133.5 mid August, aiming for 125-130 maintenance range1 -
29 in nine weeks, starting July 23 (day after being released from heart hospital after bypass surgery). I have 38 more to lose to get to my target weight of 215.
I'm doing everything in my power to prevent a repeat of heart surgery.3
