Rice bowl: 1.5 cups wild rice and .5 cup brown Basmati rice, 4 tablespoons Brewer's Yeast Flakes, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tablespoon Furikake seasoning mixed well, added 1 tablespoon miso and 4 roasted seaweed sheets. 564 calories1
