Fit-friend, you know I've been there. Start small, maybe five minutes before you shower & go from there. Sometimes we hate the thought of the daunting challenges, but remember how FANTASTIC you feel afterward!

Omg. Took a complete hiatus from regimented fitness (more important life stuff happening). It has not done me well physically.... Getting back on the "train"... I got rid of my scales too, as they were stressful. Awesome dedication, MiamiSeoul. .3

Wed. day 27 DONE
Didn't think I could do so many dips,but my triceps will thank me for them. Still have to break up the planks, but trying is better than doing nothing

Think i will finish where i last was. As i started a different type of program that cycles thru all body areas. But so happy for my plank progress thru this challenge! And the arms were a great workout too! It really kept me going from focussing only on walking!2 -

Alright, so I did quit. Hahaha.
Mom in the hospital, TOM, and a cold all got to me. I think I finished 17 out of 30 days. Next month I will shoot for 21/30. Maybe November will be 100%.
