Number of perfect days in a row: 4 Had three perfect days before the start the challenge.
To make it a perfect day for me:
1. Exercise. Got to get at least 20 minutes
2. Log my food. Doesn't have to be <daily MFP calorie goal. But I need to log it!
3. No Sugary Foods
4. No Alcohol
5. No Boxed Cereal.
+ 9/20: Exercise is going to be the hardest part for today. I slept in this morning; my lunch was filled with a work project and this evening will probably be filled with kids activities. Got in a workout last night after work. So it was a "perfect day" after all.
9/21: Missed the morning workout again. Need to figure out a better way to be successful. Wine night or exercise and 5 days of perfection? I'm thinking it'll be exercise. It's the homecoming parade and other activities. So I've got a valid excuse and then time for exercise.

Hello all!!
Love this challenge and this group for accountability. Weighing every day has been an important factor in my success so far!
SW - March 2017 - 182.4lbs
GW - 145 - it was 150 initially but I smashed that last week and I don't feel like I'm done. I'm happy with where I am but I've got some pooch left and I think having a maintenance range of 145-149 would be ideal...so I'm going to slowly chip away at the last few pounds and work on my fitness.
9/19 - 149.8 - coming in from round 16

9/21 - 148.8 - had ham for dinner last night so was expecting an upward sodium blip...might show up tomorrow, but I'll try to ward it off with lots of H-2-O

@40lbslighter and @SheilaBoneham both very good arguments. But I do think I'm going to stick this one out. I've been doing really good this past week and I want to stay on track. The wine, food and coworkers will be here again next month. Hopefully without these 10 pounds I'm carrying right now!9

19/9 - 195.4 - still in lots of pain with sciatica, the recommended exercises (to ease the pain) seem to irritate the nerve, I still have almost 4 months till I get physio .. and I can't wait.

9/20 - 222.0 - Back down to my lowest! Let's see if I can hold it. I went to the gym for 30min cardio today and did minimal effort. I wasn't feeling 100% so am glad I at least went. Tomorrow will be better and I will push harder!
9/21 - 221.4!! Woohoo! My lowest yet! I didnt make it to the gym today as I was doing errands with my husband on his day off then had to watch the baby while he did house stuff. I don't feel guilty about it so it's ok. I am waiting to hear if i have arrangements for a babysitter tomorrow so i can go to the gym. Otherwise I will be playing baseball tomorrow night so I will burn some calories then! I ate under calories as I skipped breakfast due to catching up on sleep and sleeping until noon. Overall a good day!

9/19- 154.44 Does walking Costco count as exercise? lol Kept to our grocery list and avoided buying a pizza for dinner, even though it was calling me the entire time. Came home and found a salmon patty instead with salad and a few sweet potato fries. Didn't follow my plan, but made positive choices.
9/20- 154.22 Managed to get in a mile walk before it started to rain. Feeling determined to reach my goal this round.
9/21- 155.32 Absolutely no reason for this gain. Eating below calories, getting exercise in, and drinking plenty of water. Hopefully this is only temporary. (my hair was damp when I weighed today, so that might be a small part of this)

9/20 - 188.8 hello again..
9/21 - 189.4 I'm terribly frustrated.. I know this has to do with not taking a water pill anymore but 18 days at or around the same weight and never being over on calories is pretty frustrating. I'm looking at my second consecutive Friday with a gain tomorrow and I just want to crawl into a hole somewhere. Rant over.
@Cyrada don't worry about the water pill (or the lack of) so much! There are foods that have the same effect as a water pill - things like celery, cucumbers, watermelon, ect.ect. Go online and find those foods and use them in place of the pill! I believe you'll find that the majority of them have positive side effects!6 -

Goals for a perfect day (adapted from jlemoore's idea):
1. Exercise (at least 30mins)
2. Log ALL my intake (would be good if it stays less than MFP's calories goal, but if not, then not more than 200cal excess)
3. Hit carb and protein goals
9/20 - 187.4 -- so another round begins. I made peace with myself last round regarding those pasta that I mindlessly ate and now I'm back to my usual eating. Setting alarm for water as well since I've noticed that I only consume around 1L when work is hectic.
9/21 - 186.9 -- wonderful loss; slowly but steady. Feeling good also since I was able to drink more water. Also added plain green tea in my drinks list, it tastes weird when unsweetened but I think this is better. I wanna tame my tongue and stop craving for sweets. Stayed within calorie goal but over carb.

Back at it for another 10 days! I feel like I'm slipping lately so I need to push to get back on track. Meal planning and prep will be my focus in the next 10 days...that and drinking a lot of water!

9/20 138.9 30.4% BF Had two non-sweet smoothies today using my new smoothie maker-- one for breakfast and one post-dinner, walked before lunch and ran a bit with my XC kids before dinner, feel like I need salt
9/21 138.5 30.2% BF Slightly over calorie count today (by 75) but ran and had deep tissue massage (and anticipating soreness so iced and had smoothie with lots of antioxidants and protein as extra calories tonight)
