30.9 in the past three months. Hoping to increase that in the next month.3

49lbs in my first 3 months, approaching my 4th month with almost 60lbs overall. I know it's extremely fast even with a SW of 231lbs, but I made sure never to go below 1200 cals, then moved to 1500 after my 2nd month, and now at 1700 and still losing pretty quickly!5

About 15 in the past 60 days. I am hoping to lose another 10, maybe 15 by the end of the calendar year.1

30 pounds in my first 3 months, then gained 10 back in the next 6 (which isn't that bad considering). Now I'm back to lose the next 50!2

38 pounds since March 6th (161 days). 17.5 pounds in the last 90 days. Hit a plateau a couple of times, but still dropping weight.1

13 lbs in the last 90 days. 11 lbs in the first 90 days. I got better at losing weight when I was more carefully tracking my food instead of just eliminating the naughty stuff! Averages out to my goal of 1 lb a week...9ish lbs to go!2
