I needed jeans for this weekend and the Lane Bryant was too far away so I braved the local mall with dread. I not only fit into Gap skinny jeans, I bought a cute pair of skinny slacks to go with a long shelved blouse for my trip to Broadway!38

Cannot believe I would choose to stand at the office for 8 hours (well prolly 7 because I sit down during phone calls but whatev). Also, while standing at my desk yesterday a co-worker walked past my office and commented "your legs are so muscle-y". Ummmm thank you.
I have one of these too. I got it about a year ago. Also got a Lotus Focal stool for when I want to sit/stand. Love them both! People are so used to it now that when I sit to sort paperwork or something they ask if something os wrong.11 -
I walked through the Pen-Center mall in St.Catharines , ON without having that panicked feeling about where to sit and catch my breath. I didn't have to sit down at all for the first time in 3 years37

I can see a little vertical indentation in my upper abs. My tummy is far from flat but man, that little line sure boosted my spirits this morning!27

I have had a migraine for the last two days and instead of using it as an excuse to not exercise, I pushed myself to do some yoga yesterday and today got 20mins in of kickboxing in! Also, I have recently started to get off the elevator a floor below my apartments floor and walk up the stair to mine. Hoping in a week or so I can go down another floor and soon be able to walk up all 5 stories with ease!40

I have finally entered the healthy BMI range!!!!! I started at obese (202). Moved to overweight (185) and now for the first time in my adult life, I'm at a healthy BMI (154.2)!!! Technically, I guess it's based on the scale but I'm so excited about the category change!49

Forced myself to make it through a gym day even when I really didn't want to go, and beat my leg press record in the process! (120 pounds, woo!)24

So I'm finally down to 145lbs today. I started at 175lbs in January. So 30lbs gone. The NSV is surprisingly something I did this month and I still continued to lose weight. For the past 3 weeks, well I was lazy, I decided to reduce my daily steps from average 15,000 steps to 12,000 steps everyday and increased my calories from average 1300-1400 daily intake to 1600-1700 calories. Since I'm 5'2" and getting closer to my goal weight of 135lbs, I assumed I'll probably not lose anything eating that much. However, this is my TOM week and I have been dropping 0.5lbs daily starting Monday this week. I did fluctuate up as high as 150lbs from my last lowest weigh-in 146.5lbs ( 3 weeks ago ). These monthly hormonal changes can really screw up your numbers. But as of today I'm down to 145lbs and it may go lower. I'll have to wait and see. My waist line is really small it's so unreal! But I'm more happy about my hips and butt reducing. That's my struggle area with my pear shape. I started at 48.5inches January and I'm down to I think 43.75inches, I have to wait until after TOM to recheck. My goal is get to 39-40 inches hopefully without losing any more of my bust. I can't afford to lose anymore up top16

I went to a Mexican restaurant last night and didn't have any chips and salsa AND didn't order a (delicious, delicious) margarita.24

Not too long ago, I finally bought size 14 jeans at Goodwill, down from about five years in 16/18. Today I need a belt to keep those size 14s from slipping too low, and the belt is on the third hole! I haven't used a belt in years.24

Need to buy a new belt to replace my new belt!20
