Hiii. I'm working on body recomposition.. Currently in a calorie deficit and working toward losing another 12 pounds, and then considering maintenance mode for awhile in terms of calories/macros and continuing my training (currently 4 weight sessions a week and 1 cardio session). Always like to have like-minded and motivated people to interact with on here!2
